Easy setup and affordable price make this a great choice for everyday home use. My old router wasnt giving me the throughput to match my ISP speed, but this router gives me the full download speed that I pay for.

This router was so simple to install and only took about 15 minutes to do so. It operated faster, gave a stronger signal, and covered a wider area in my home. Also I got a cheaper price by price matching. It does not get any better.

I bought this to replace my old 2yr old linksys and WOW i could not believe the difference with the speed of the connection and it was clear to me now that my old router had issues and this cleared up all my issues .. Im more a fan of the Genie software it works alot better and more user friendly than my old software .. The setup was very easy and was up and running in 10 min with no issues with connection my devices !! FYI do the firmware update immediately when you install ..

The router has a great range and has extended the coverage in my house. I was having buffering issues on a smart TV in a back bedroom. This router fixed the issue and I have not had problems with buffering since. I highly recommend!

I upgraded my router to this Netgear. The coverage is amazing. My whole house is covered and the speeds are great. My ISP provides 100M/10M speeds. That is what I get from my tablet and laptop when I tested over the wireless. The Genie app is great. I can control my kids access. Turn on and off devices as I wish, even remotely. I also have the internet paused on all new devices trying to connect to my wireless so that I control who is on the network. Simple to setup and use.

The salesman at Best Buy recommended this router, in addition to a modem, to replace the cable company's leased modem/router. So far, our wifi is faster and more reliable than it ever was with AT&T or Cable One!

So easy to set up. I have it mounted on the wall toward the rear of the house. Signal easily reaches the front, especially after I rearranged the antennas. I don't like messing with this stuff and I don't have to mess with this.

I bought this router on black Friday for $90. It replaced an old $20 Linksys refurb I had. The signal strength is like night and day. We can browse without issues now in rooms we used to get spotty reception. It also allows for a 5GB subnet, a normal subnet, and a guest subnet which we didn't have on the old router. Almost forgot that it has a USB port on the back that you can add additional shared storage to. Comes in handy as now if I want to transfer a file to the wife I just drop it in the shared storage and she picks up from there. No more need to use a flash drive, or portable hard drive to move files back and forth.

If you're looking to upgrade your router for you're home network and don't want to break the bank I would suggest this router by netgear. It's an easy install and gets great range. I think the netgear genie app is a cool gadget.

This router is spectacular starting with how it looks right down to performance. Best Buy had the lowest price anywhere even compared to the internet and if you compare this router to the more expensive nighthawk there is almost no difference in range as well as speed. there is 6 of us in the house using tablets, smartphones, computers, smart tv's, ps4 and ps3 and many more with absolutely no slowdown and the house is 2600 sq feet and the range carries from the front yard to the back yard and all over the house.

For the price it does what it is suppose to do. Is there better equipment? yes, but at what cost. It allows you to connect to the internet from all over the home. The only speed bumps come from the provider themselves. It does what it was bought for.

we have many devices requiring wifi and would get bogged down with our old router..this was on sale black Friday so I got it. I would have paid full price for this! It works great! No more slow internet. Highly recommend!

I had asked a question about this product, checking to see if it might solve an issue that I thought was due to my satellite internet - it would connect, but always showed no internet service. I had a 5+ year old Cisco wireless router and a 5+ year old linsys extender. I didn't wait for a response and ordered. Removed the other two devices and installed the Netgear router. It was easy, easy, easy to install (I am NOT techy) and not only did I immediately have internet service, it was much faster than ever before (not that satellite is ever that fast, but it allowed me to quit blaming my problems on satellite internet and have connections almost all through my house). I am very happy with this product.

I bought this one because my old one just stopped working, but I found that it was super easy to set up, and it has a farther range than the one I had before. I get a much more consistent connection in my bedroom now.

Small apartment so the range hasn't been tested but everywhere has great signal strength. Have a home office network plus multiple smart phones, smart tv, laptop etc. and all work perfectly on the router, solid speed.

Finally decided on this router after a lot of research. Glad i got it. Easily covers my 1800 sq ft house with the router in one corner of the house. I have the new Spectrum router and was only getting about 50 mbps speeds over wifi when i was standing right by it. I turned off the wifi radios on the Spectrum (TWC) router, plugged this baby in and BAM! Now im getting 115 mbps standing right by it. It was like night and day. Definitely a great purchase and could not beat the price

I was hesitant to go with this device, as the last router from Netgear I bought took a dump after only a year, but the price was right, so I gave it a shot. The setup, like any other Netgear device, was very easy and straightforward. The wireless coverage that I am getting in my house now, is much greater than the previous two routers I had. There were areas of my house that had no coverage previously, that is now not only covered, but the throughput is greater than I had anticipated. Only time will tell how long this unit holds up, but the initial assessment is that it is a very good buy.

I went to the store looking for a WI FI router and this product was recommended to me by one of the employees. It is easy to set and works GREAT I have a 3600 Square foot home and I have good signal in every room .
