We have four people all streaming zoom meetings or Netflix or something all at once. Our old router couldn't handle it. This Netgear works flawlessly. Signal reaches much further than our old router and speeds have increased on wifi compared to the old one. Easy to install, had it up and running within minutes. A fair price compared to other routers. Very happy with this Netgear!!!

Very easy setup and admin menus. Not difficult to navigate the security settings or setting it up with my modem. It also has no problem fetching my speeds and delivering efficiently fast WiFi. Strength is solid in every part of the house.

Good so far, only problem was when you read the instructions and it tells you to download the app. It would be great if they put the correct app to download. I downloaded an app from App Store and it was a scamming app. I then had to get my money back and change all of my passwords. Then I had to buy a new computer. I was afraid they would have access to it. Great speed’s my prior Netgear was good but it was old.

The signal is great. I get all 200 mbps of speed, with fantastic range. I actually bought two. One for a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, with a living room, dining room, fireplace room, huge kitchen, and full basement, and it covers the entire house. Second was for an apartment, and I get signal on my fire escape, which is separated from the router by 2 brick walls and 2 elevator shafts. I'm actually impressed, which is no easy task.

One of the best routers i have purchased, connects to all my devices and my speed tests have shown significant difference.

My at&t router sucks, I was getting 11mb/s once I configured this router to 5ghz band , I'm getting 28 on wifi 49mb/s on Ethernet. I also turned of IPv6 that's all. Ethernet does not fail when gaming. App included is very easy to setup control network with phone etc. only bad thing is you need to keep it in open space. I tered it first in my room and signal was not good. Once I brought it to the living room where it's spacious , it shined. I'd recommend this to anyone whom wants fast internet for gaming browsing etc...

Working very well after a few months of use. We use for streaming Vudu movies, Netflix and usually have 4 devices at a time going. Really like the Router so far. We will see if it lasts for more than a year.

I researched several routers in this price point and this one offered everything I needed. Every bit of the setup was easy. I set our provider's RG to IP Passthrough and let this router handle all of the routing, firewall, and wireless access with guest network set up as well. It has good 5 ghz speed and range, going through several walls in a 2400 sqft one-story ranch style house. I offloaded all capable devices to 5 ghz and left 2.4 ghz available for the guest network and our devices that don't use 5g and AC. I haven't had any issues with dropping signals or internet on the WAN. One of my highest priorities was locking down our internet a bit more for all of our security, but especially for the minors in and visiting the house by using OpenDNS; and this router has it built in; and when using the built in OpenDNS control it prevents circumventing DNS settings on the client by forcing the router's DNS settings. So if changed on the client, the page never loads. I found this to be a difficult feature to come by in most consumer routers or I wasn't sure if it was at least configurable since it hasn't worked on others I owned in the past; but this solved that problem for me. I like this control much better than controls on the client side as I can't force software on guest devices anyway. It may not be a complete parental control/security solution but it is much better than before and seemingly has blocked what I tested. One can also add keyword or site blocking on the router side as well. This has worked well also. I haven't had to configure the firewall any further to allow forwarding yet. I don't have any immediate needs. Our security cameras automatically worked through it; although that may have something to do with the configuration of that system and the app. It also has some advanced features such as VPN and static routing functionality. I haven't used any of the USB functions yet such as readyShare and printer sharing as my printer is already a wireless network printer. All in all, it is a great router with good features for the price point.

Bought this because my Brighthouse gateway was giving me terrible wifi. Now my signal strength and speed are noticably better. Works exactly like it should.

I bought this for our new office. I didn't need to reach a very long distance, but does pretty good in our 1300 sq feet commercial space. Everything connected easy after media com did their part. I have had it for 3 weeks and no problems. I bought the extra protection to be safe. I have had different models die on me in 6 month to a year, so the extra $15 was no brainer since this is running all day in the business!

I chose this router after reading a decent number of reviews online. My requirements were dual-band (allows you to achieve balance between high-range, and high-speed), and with mid-high AC speed capabilities. I came from an N router. The difference in speed and range qualities are noticeable. Setup was easy, though I'm more advanced from a network engineering standpoint. Lots of functionality, and intuitive interface. Definitely recommended.

Easy to install, great range, has a back-up system which I haven't installed, but should be good. There's also an app to connect with it remotely. I like that feature. I definitely recommend this router.

Had issues with dead zones in my 2600 sq ft house but not anymore. Right out of the box, simple set up and we are connecting securely and consistently with fewer drops and no dead zones! Recommend highly!

This router was easy to install has really good coverage. I haven't noticed your performance drop. I bought it as an upgrade to my century link router and haven't looked back since. Well worth the money.

Easy to install. Fast speeds, a definite improvement over my 8 year old router. This handles all the devices in my house from cell phones, laptops, tablets & our printer. My only knock to the product would be its size, its large.

easy set-up and is able to broadcast very far. I am able to connect at more then a hundred feet away, through walls, from the router. It is a bit pricey but worth the money.

I switched to comcast internet from dsl and needed a new router. After checking reviews online I decided on this router. The sales person at Best Buy was very helpful in picking this router. This has the speed and capacities for my needs and was extemely easy to set up. I knew I made the right choice when the comcast tech came to install the internet and commented on my router being a great choice for speed and coverage. I have been very pleased with this router.

I have a 300mbps Internet from my provider and this makes it worth my money compared to my Netgear N600 which couldn’t get close to the numbers I wanted. Installation was very easy and getting signal from the router is great. I could be outside in the parking lot and I’d still get signal without any lag. Priced at less than a $100 is worth it; and besides I can upgrade it to the tri band once it comes out for FREE!

Had a real rough time with separation of speeds. Once we hooked this up in the house ... instant solution to the problem . We used it for our phones and TVs ... took all other off. Boom! Faster than you'd expect it to be. Lag free gaming ( a few spikes here and there but thats our area ) Smooth streaming Great router! I'd want to use the upgraded version. But that comes later !
