Pretty router

I did call the support number for the router and after explaining to the tech the problem and him working on it for a while he advised that the problem was in my computer which is only a little over a year old and that the problem could be resolved if I want to pay for a one of there other tech firms to fix it. I declined and had my own computer tech come to our residence and he corrected the problem which was not in the computer. Not happy with there tech service

Despite my cable company, this is a great router!

The cable company wanted me to rent their router and were of very little help when it couldn't link up with the cable modem. However one call to Customer Care at Net Gear had the problem resolved in minutes! Very powerful an d fast! Love the app and the guest wireless capabilities, too. Thanks Best Buy, Net Gear, and Geek Squad!

Great Router

Minimal network degredation.... you wont do much better in a wireless plateform in terms of speed. Conected to a fiber line modem and runs all of my smart home items with no issues. Multiple HD worless cams, PS4, Ring Cam, Nest Thermostat, Smart TV, Laptops, Phones, robot vacuum etc all in usison with no issues.
