Has long range with no drops great product. Worked where other routeres wouldnt

This router is easy to set up. Works great and has good range.

I must say I was a little worried having never setup a router before. My worry was for nothing. The Nighthawk app made it incredibly easy. I would say I was completed with the process in less than 15 minutes. I can now monitor my children's usage and even block content with ease. I would recommend this router to anyone who may be in the market.

WOW! what a difference a new router makes. I am so glad that I got this router! My old router was ok but was very annoying to have to keep resetting the old router-usually in the middle of a movie. I keep several devices on my home network at the same time and this wifi router has really improved my wifi experience in streaming, phone, etc

I'm very pleased with this purchase. It was easy to set up and works very well. My old router was at least 5 years old. This was a great upgrade.

We needed to up grade our WiFi. We have a couple kids in school as well as other devices that require an upgraded router. This handles our needs.

I took some doing to get the router and our printer to recognize each other. I did call the support number for the router and after explaining to the tech the problem and him working on it for a while he advised that the problem was in my computer which is only a little over a year old and that the problem could be resolved if I want to pay for a one of there other tech firms to fix it. I declined and had my own computer tech come to our residence and he corrected the problem which was not in the computer. Not happy with there tech service

Plugged it in and it showed me the page where it needed the numbers. Filled the numbers in the slots and it came to life! Quickly recognized all my hard wired devices and then the wireless devices also connected without problems. I'm happy with my NETGEAR - AC1750 router. Great performance for a low end router! It did everything that I needed. Thanks Best Buy

I purchased this router after switching from Uverse to Cable. The cable company wanted me to rent their router and were of very little help when it couldn't link up with the cable modem. However one call to Customer Care at Net Gear had the problem resolved in minutes! Very powerful an d fast! Love the app and the guest wireless capabilities, too. Thanks Best Buy, Net Gear, and Geek Squad!

I have owned this router for a number of months at this point, and my goodness, I'm am infuriated. Let me note, when it was functional and working properly, this router was 4.5 Star worthy. However, after their firmware debacle that left it open to remote hackers (Google that), and factory resetting it to account for that issue, it has been nothing but a giant headache. This review is coming after a few months of the old off/on treatment ever few weeks, when today, 1/5/19, even with the internet signal light illuminated, both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz lights are off. Tried the off/on 3 times to no avail. I am sure there is a fix, but I frankly don't care. This was a near 5 Star product as I said until all of these issues arose, and at the price point I paid, thinking this would be a quality router that would last more than a year, I am very, very disappointed.

Great product and easy to used and works really fast

Router works great I upgraded to this router because I had to move my home office down in my basement and my previous Router wasn’t good enough.

This has worked great for me from all parts of my house. However, it is so bulky with the three antennas sticking up that it becomes a focal point on the piece of furniture holding it. I'd like to Velcro it to the back of the furniture, but the antennas stick out so much that the furniture would have to be a 8 inches to a foot from the wall. I would recommend this as long as you don't mind that your tv area will look like NASA.

Very pleased with this router. Upgraded from an older time capsule/router combo. Greatly increased our speed and provided two signals, one for 5g and one for not, which can be used for guest, etc. Also, has a nice auto cue security feature which allows me to instantly approve friends and auto share password vs. them having to manual type it in. No complaints.
