    Made this purchase for my parents who up until recently, did not have any Wifi in their house. (Talk about living in the dark ages.) I bought this model because is was easy to install with a desktop computer. (My folks do not have any laptops.) The installation was a piece of cake and the signal works great in every far corner of the house.

    In our household we use the internet for streaming on multiple devices, gaming and regular internet browsing and with this router there hasn't been any drop in performance or speed like my previous router which was provided by Optimum. Highly recommended.

    I would have to say this was one of the best purchases I have made for a router. It works great and has given us plenty of bandwidth across 3 floors of our house. We haven't had any interruptions With our Wi-Fi. I would highly recommend this router if you have many people utilizing your Wi-Fi year.

    I bought this router to replace my Apple AirPort Extreme as I was suffering from sim dead spots in my house and I'm happy to report that the netgear router has resolved those issues and boosted the wireless experience in our house. The router was very easy to configure and has some great advanced options. My only negative comment on this router is the brightness of the status lights, definitely not something for a bedroom.

    Bought this to replace and older Linksys router that started to die on me. This showed up at a great price compared to other routers at the time. Coverage expanded in my apartment and was able to finally use the full download bandwidth that my internt provider was charging me for. Included software made setup easy.
