I bought this wifi router for my wife's git shop. it was very easy to install...i set my AT&T modem/router to pass through mode and fired up the AC1750. The only reason i didn't give this review 5 stars was because (although I bought this as new) it had obviously been used -someone had set up a password on the router and i had to reset to factory settings -Best Buy's issue -not Netgear's

The router was easy setup, has a few nice features like bandwidth speed tests, average data usage and the ability to see what devices are connected to your network. I have noticed an issue where the 2.4 GHz network doesn’t work unless the corresponding guest network is turned on. Annoying but workable. I have not tried any firmware updates to try to fix that yet.

The unit functions as described, good unit! My only concern is with the "security" of the netgear.com site itself. There were issues with registration that left me concerned.

Setup is fairly easy. Speed is good. Keep hanving to reset it every few days after a month. I only needed a simple gigabit Ethernet router and this gets the job done. I plan to upgrade to netgear managed vpn router in the future. I prefer their prosafe and other business products.

This is a lot better than the old router I had. Great speed and range.

Very fast router. My family has several PS4's and the wifi is great for gaming on them. Easy to set up and they provide great security for your device.

I had nothing but trouble with the router from my phone company. It would drop WiFi connection constantly. They insisted that it wasn’t the equipment they provided, and kept suggesting I move up to a higher plan, after doing so twice nothing improved. Best Buy suggested this router and I haven’t had any trouble since. It works great and it’s fast!

I purchased this router for my 3 floor townhome. I was a little worried about the coverage, but the router is doing great to cover 2,000sqf. across 3 floors. It’s perfect because It allows for guest access and the Netgear app Provides extra security and lets me know when someone connects to my WiFi. I am very please!

I bought this router to replace a Cisco router that was approximately 10 years old. We have a two-story home and weren't getting good signal upstairs. We also recently upgraded our Internet speed through Brighthouse and the old router was limiting throughput. This model works great for our needs and was very simple to set up. Hopefully this one will last us another 10 years!

I tried WiFit extenders that plug into the outlets but they didn't help at all. I bought this to setup as an Access Point to existing Wireless Router and it works great. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I am very happy with this purchase and how well it works.
