I purchased this router, based upon the recommendations of one of the sales staff to replace an older Apple router that had begun to have problems. This router was very easy to set up and the connections are solid. My house is quite large and the router is on the upper floor in a corner office. The connection is a bit week on the bottom floors but it fine for my needs. Good router and worth the money.

Simple straight forward setup with an online dashboard that lets you adjust settings securily on line. Range extender included was a pro-bono as if you live in a large house with interferences between floors. Has met all my expectations and appreciate Best Buy staff recommending over other purchase I was pondering, of which would not have been the best the best option.

So far I'm very pleased with my Netgear router. I have been a Linksys fan for many many years but the reviews convinced me to try this brand. I noticed that most people are complaining about signal drop of routers with the 2.5 g. I've had mine a couple months now and it seems to be working great. I haven't noticed any signal drop with either band or with interference from any of my neighbor's Wireless Systems

We bought this to replace/improve the garbage router we would have rented from the cable company. Has excellent range. I did have to spend an inordinate amount of time on the phone with Netgear tech support because there was some kind of issue in the firmware where it didn't update right out of the box. Major pain in the tail.

Works great. Good range. I would recommend this router. The old one we had didn't get good range in all rooms.. This one doesn't need an extender. House is 2 story, about 3200 sq feet and signal is good throughout.

I bought this router because of the reviews that said how easy it was to set up leading you right through the process. It really delivered on that promise completely. So far no issues and great reception throughout my entire house even with the router located in the basement which is not the best place for it but unfortunately the place where the connection is.

Needed to upgrade our previous router to accommodate more devices. Has handled 3 phones, 2 computers and 3 streaming devices with ease.

Love how we can access what electronics can be used on the router and what ones to block. Kids can have their blocked when not listening or whatever it may be. I also like if do not know what is using your internet, you can also block so no one is hacking it using it some how, even though we do have a password protected service.

I bought this as the equipment ,( provided free by my cable company), was not giving me the speed I should have no matter how I changed channels and profiles. Granted I am in an apartment complex with MANY wireless networks to interfere. With the cable router I was getting between 4-10MPS. Plugged this in to that modem, immediately getting 20-24 MPS. Worth the money!
