I had to buy a new router because the Town of Shrewsbury no longer supports their "garbage" routers they gave to its customers! I read a lot of reviews on this router and was impressed with all the 5 stars customers were giving it. This router was so easy to set up and I had no problems! I have a 3 bedroom apt and I can get wi-fi all throughout the apartment.

Works excellent.. it travels a great distance and speed is as fast

So far so good, havent had issues(knock on wood), improvd the throughput on my legacy n ddevices too (ofcourse i was starting from a 1x1 11n belkin router) Cons: Start up time is considerably slower than my old routers. the ethernet keep disconnecting (or so the smart TV complains) from time to time) but i don't see any disruption in my streaming except for the annoying message (possible that the stream buffer covers for it and the connection recovers pretty fast.) didnt have this issue with my old router.

Router was easy to set up and works great. Have had no problems with it.

Easy to install. Extended my wifi connection, I would recommend.

Not one complaint since installation a few weeks ago. It's downstairs in a corner of a two-story townhouse wirelessly feeding two smart phones, a tablet, a laptop, a smart TV, Chromecast on another TV, and upstairs in the opposite corner of the townhouse, a desktop computer/DAW. And two printers. Easy app access to settings, including guest networks with separate keys.

Not a bad price, fast, easy to set up. I like the app feature, too.

Very reliable, even when our whole family is using our WiFi singal is still strong, never cuts out! I do recommend it for people with big families.

We bought this to replace/improve the garbage router we would have rented from the cable company. Has excellent range. I did have to spend an inordinate amount of time on the phone with Netgear tech support because there was some kind of issue in the firmware where it didn't update right out of the box. Major pain in the tail.

Did my research before purchasing and was looking for a solid gaming/streaming router. We rented the modem/router combo from TWC and weren't getting a strong signal in the bedroom. I paired this with an Arris 6183 modem. We have been able to stream and game at the same time. Speed are about 38Mbps on a 50Mbps plan which I would say might be average, but acceptable.

I had the wifi that the cable company had me use but it wasn't sending enough signal that I need. I went to best buy and talk to a sales associate and she went over two different models. She picked this one and it is doing a great job. It is so much better then the one the cable company rents to you. Glad I got it.
