Works good, but expensive.

Left the other one at the other place I was living. That one is in a 1300 SQ FT house and the one I just got I am using in a condo. Might be a little bit much for the condo, but have had no issues with this Netgear router. Only issue I really have with it is the price tag. Could be a little cheaper.

Great router, some setup issues

Would have given 5stars, but there's a secret button on the right hand side of the router disguised as a light, and if you touch it by accident it shuts off the router signal...all you have to do is reset that button to turn it back on, but no mention of that in the owners manual or mfrs web site...had to search the Internet for a solution. Otherwise ok!

Cut cable big savings

And that's just the top level. Our Netgear wireless router works great the whole 99 feet distance, as well as the various different levels of our home. We are highly satisfied, and relieved--especially compared to what we had before.
