I was told by Best Buy staff that this router had a good 2500 sq ft coverage which is size of my home. I lose wifi when I am in garage or on back deck under the routers location. I wish it had a little stronger signal. Ez to install and good for smaller home.

From start to finish, the process was excellent. The unit proved to be exactly what the salesperson discussed. Installation was time consuming but once operational, the router performed well.

I've had the router for about a month, had some issues in the beginning with having signals dropped, I had a Comcast guy come out, and it ended up being an issue with the way the router/modem were set up, just changed the IP configuration to IPv6 instead of IPv4, which I think my modem was using. Anyway, the wifi range is good, I live in 3 story house (fairly small floors), don't notice a performance drop on either floor (router is on middle floor), but I haven't ran speed test or anything, just stream stuff on my phone/laptop. Plenty of Ethernet ports, I haven't used the router storage or whatever, tried setting up the printer with it, but the process was a little tough for non-windows PC, so I just gave up. The Interface/Application is quite nice and has all of the options you'd expect for a router.

I've had the same wireless router for the past 5 years, and was complaining about our internet speed. A friend recommended this router to me. A HUGE difference in speed! We have a few computers, 3 cell phones, and 2 smart TV's honed into the router, and we haven't experienced any problems at all.

Bought 2 items, wireless router and new modem; salesman recommended, good price, instructions easy to follow.

Went to Best Buy and had no idea what I was needing for my Wi-Fi, but great customer service helped me find exactly what I needed.

This product is great, before getting the router i was having issues with connections and speed. Once I got the router I am now able to connect and all my devices are working with out buffering. The set up is easy just have to read the instructions to do the set up.

Its a good router and internet is fast. Wish its range on 5g was a little longer to cover my whole yard. But i have a big house so im not that surprised, its ranged is still very far ecspecially when using 2.4g

Great range, great clarity of signal and easy to setup. What more could one ask? A bit pricey, but worth it.

The device provided exactly what I needed to work away from my office while I was visiting. I endorse this product.

This NETGEAR router works great in our new home in The Villages. Easy to set up and able to reach all our devices throughout our home. I have used NETGEAR products for many years and they have never disappointed!

Our old router was at least 5 years old. We were getting tired of having to unplug the system every time our internet was out. We've had this product for a few months now and we haven't had any problems. On a daily basis we'll have over 10 devices connected, and it's never shut down or been slow.

Fast and Perfect for a large house. Easy to set up !

i havent had a full* experience w/this particular model (*’full’ would include the review of all of its functionality). That said, I appreciated the gratis, professional & efficient tech support provided me upon purchase. I recall also having a good experience when I bought an earlier v. of a Netgear router. The support staff appears to be well-trained, as they are all on the same page: (consistency counts!). They are polite, knowledgeable... sufficiently so- I should quantify-for my personal work, general research & browsing needs. Furthermore, while the Netgear Support Staff is equipped to resolve common snags with a rather impressive turnaround, they are, at the same time, patient & willing to spend extra time helping folks like me who seem to hold a certificate that is termed something like,,”tech-competent, but totally only by trial and error...” What’s more- there is never any “tech-teasing” and instead, a clear importance is placed on maintaining respect for Clients.

As soon as I plugged it in and got it going, which by the way, was very easy, I immediately noticed the increased speed of WI-FI connections. Gave it a 4 of 5 due to the fact that I still don't get the range I was expecting. Not sure if it's the router, location, or just asking too much of the antennas.

Old router stopped working so I read reviews and selected this one. It was easy to set up although I had to do an online chat with netgear to get the firmware to update. I live in a somewhat long ranch so we still had to continue using an extender at the far end of the house.

This router has been great thus far. Had to upgrade since my kids are getting older and everyone in the house is either browsing the web or streaming at the same time. The setup was easy and the app makes it even easier to manage everything.
