Works well just big and awkward looking when in an area a lot of people can see

I got this on Black-Friday, and have used it since then. I got it because my AT&T wifi SUCKS, at only 25mbps, and this allows the wifi to at least get up to 50mbits... its still not as fast as my hard-line-speed, when connected of 81mbits, but its better then 25!! I will be keeping it!

We installed this in a 1700sqft office space. Speed and reliability have increased over the standard modem/router combo we were leasing from our isp.

I live in a 3 bedroom apartment that has a dining room, a full kitchen and a large living room. With that being said, my smart tv, phone, Amazon Echo, wireless printer, laptop and tablet are streaming almost always, at once. I haven’t had any problems with connectivity or having to reboot any devices. The Netgear app is pretty handy too. My only complaint, if it even counts as a complaint, is that I would like a more aesthetic design but it hides behind my tv so.... I would definitely buy again.

Decent router for the price. Never had any issues with it at all. Easy to setup.

It is very easy to set up and found it very powerful. Our internet is lighting fast now and this router makes things great!

I bought this to replace a Linksys dual band router that just quit working. Best Buy has a wide variety of routers ranging from inexpensive to quite pricey. This one hit a sweet spot for me on price for the claimed performance. I was not disappointed — after getting by a small glitch in the setup, the upgrade in both speed and range was immediately clear. I was able to eliminate a WiFi range extender I’d had to install for full coverage.

Have had this router installed and running for about two months. Installation was very easy and straightforward (quantum leap from router set-ups ten years ago). Performance has been great with no issues. Would like to see six months of performance before giving the full five stars.

Setup was very easy able to plug it in and get to the setup screen, change default password, and set up my home SSID and password for the 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands all in about 15 minutes. The Netgear Genie app is a very user friendly graphical user interface, The Genie app on my smartphone and tablet is a great companion so I can always get into my router's settings no matter where I am. I can honestly say I haven't had any problems with this router since I installed it back in June, 2016. I definitely recommend it. FYI, I have Comcast as my internet provider.

Easy out of the box setup. It was a long-needed upgrade. Very noticeable increase in speed an in range. --Not to mention the sale price.

I don't have very reliable internet connection all the time, but I do stream video content stored locally on my computer to an Apple TV or Xbox and the streaming locally has no problem. Now only if Charter could do something about my poor service...

The range covers the house completely. I could be no happier with this alone. The unit is very large, but makes up in performance.

This unit works great in our office. Plugged everything and and we were up and running.

So far I like this router; it's a heck of a lot faster than my old one. I like Netgear and I think it's fairly priced for what you get. I also really like that you can set up an app on your mobile phone to control it. Take that kids! Ha, ha, ha... Love Mom

This router was easy to set up and works really well. The speeds are really good and connects easily through out the apartment.

Bought this Netgear router along with an Arris SB8200 to replace a rented all in one comcast box. So far, very happy with speed and range on both 2.4 and 5 GHz radios. I set this up in my son's house. The kids tablets and smart devices on the first floor, all connect to this device which is located on second floor. Paying for 200 mbps burst. Consistently getting 232 mbps down and 12 mbps upload speed with combination.

Purchased the Linksys equivalent to start and had to return it. Constantly needed restarted and wasn't any better than my 10 yr old Cisco. This near had been great. Great distance and solid, faster performance. Highly recommended.

The router works really well. It has great speed and connectivity. The lights on the router are little bright so they could double as a night light.

I like it alot. Easy installation and setup and it works great for my twelve or so products when the family is together at my house no more getting kicked off of the Internet or long log ons.
