Bought this router based on positive reviews, price point and brand name. Found it incredibly easy to setup, range is excellent and have had no issues with it so far. I'm using it as an access point to extend the range of my Cablevision router which is unfortunately in my basement. 2nd floor of my house was getting pretty weak connection. Ran Cat6 to 1st floor of home and placed this netgear router in central location. I have 2 pc's hard-wired to it and all other devices running off wi-fi connection. No complaints!

I have had this router for a few months now and it has been great! Very little speed drop to the devices. My only negative is how bright the lights are on the top of the router but I just cover them with a sock.

I have had many routers in the past but had problems with them losing signal. If even for a few seconds, my Netflix would stop. Also I had trouble with range and weak signal. This router solved all my problems. No more glitches, no interruptions. I live in a 3 level house with the router on the lower level. My wife uses her laptop on the second level and now has full bars. My I-phone has strong signal even up at the third level. I would recommend this router to anyone. Good quality and reliable.

This is an awesome router! The setup is very intuitive and the firmware on it is top of the line. Lots of settings you can tweak and features. It also has a very powerful signal. I have an 850 sq ft apartment and I never have less than full signal anywhere in the apartment. It also has 4 Ethernet ports on the back if you want to plug in via LAN. Overall, I definitely recommend this router to anyone with a small to medium sized apartment.

The NETGEAR - AC1750 was easy to setup and has been reliable since I installed it. I had installed another one at a family member's home prior to my purchase. This gave me a little extra time with it, which after watching stability return to their network and speeds, it was a no brainer when I went to make my purchase. The remote access tools are a great feature. Gives you the ability to see what devices are on your network at any given time, along with a lot of other nice tools as well.

Using as a second router in mesh network

I had an original model of this router beginning in January, 2015. Around middle of 2019, it began dying, so I replaced it with the Netgear AC1900. The router is in one corner of my house which means the extreme far end had less signal strength. As my home had an Ethernet wire running from where my router was to another area of the house, I bought this to basically create a second WiFi broadcast point along with having ports for direct connections. I try to use direct connections when possible for Rokus, BluRay players, TVs, desktops/etc, so that my WiFI is available for tablets, phones, and my TCL Roku TV that doesn't have an Ethernet cable available. Setup on this was a breeze as the router recognized the AC1900 on the network, and using the onscreen setup, I had it up and running in less than 10 minutes. Definitely recommend Netgear! While I did receive points for writing this review, the receipt of points did not influence my opinion or decision to purchase.

We have had a net gear wireless system in the past and we were very pleased. The salesman helping showed me two or three options but he said most people were pleased with net gear! He was right ! It was easy to set up and I would recommend this product!

Purchased because the router that came with our cable service did not provide a stable internet connection for the number of computers, laptops, tablets and mobile devices that we use daily in our home. This router was recommended by the sales person at Best Buy. It was a little more money than I had planned on paying but I am very happy I spent the extra $$. It was well worth it!! Works exceptionally well and we can connect ALL our devices with no problem. It also works for the rooms that are located on the second floor.

This purchase was relatively inexpensive but serve a large area. I have strong signal for the 5 products that I have assigned to it. The setup was user friendly and assigning a password easy as well. The size of the router doesn't require that much either. I have recently another to give to family member since they are always complaining about weak signal and hanging streaming when watching a movie. I definitely recommend this product as an ideal router.

I just bought this router alongwith a new netgear modem as well. Great product. Quick and easy to setup. I have a 1500sq ft apartment and the signal is full on 5ghz band in every corner of my apartment. Amazing speeds. I have around 7 devices using this and is perfect for high speed streaming gaming and watching movies!!

I purchased this after I couldn't get my second Airport Extreme to work at my new house. No problems in the set up and was up and running in 5 min. Very fast, though not as fast as the Airport Extreme was at previous house.

We've had this router for about a month and it's been a good purchase thus far. The set up was very simple with the genie app. My only complaint is that my usb connected printer does not work correctly all the time on the network, hence the 4 star rating.

I bought this because my Netgear N600 finally died. This is beyond worth its price. The range is further than what I expected. It meets all my expectations. Worth a buy.

got a great holiday price, setting up for a secondary residence, so not set up yet, expecting great things as I have another Netgear router for primary use and have been very happy. Will update after set up if any problems.

I had an Asus RT-65 N router, which was fine with my laptop, but when I got an Amazon Kindle Fire Stick, it would not connect at about 40 feet distance through a wood floor. Read some reviews, this seems to be one of the better buys for range versus price versus features. This solved my problem. Setup is easy, although I did have to use the usb feature to update the network configuration on my laptop - I kept the same network SSID which might have caused my problem. I like it, it works, no problems.

Bought this to put in our vacation house so we could eliminate the satellite and just stream TV, since that house is only used a few weeks out of the year. I have always used Netgear routers due to their speed, lack of dropped connections, and reliability. I typically use the Nighthawk line, but that wasn't really necessary for where I was going to use this one. Even though it's not a "Nighthawk" it seems to be just as solid and reliable so far, and works perfect for what we needed.
