Overall good product, but range was limited and I have a two story home. Worked OK on one floor but not both. Have used Netgear products in the past successfully with no problem but have moved to a larger home with more demanding requirements for wireless equipment. probably should have used a better wireless extender device.

I bought this router to try and improve my Verizon FiOS performance, the wired network was fine, but wireless from the FiOS Gateway modem was terrible, always has been. What I really liked about this product was that when set up as an access point using the setup wizard, all of my settings, including SSID and passwords were transferred over automatically from my old router to the Netgear. I shut down the wireless on the Verizon box and I was up and running in 10 minutes, nothing to configure at all on my other wireless devices such as Nest thermostats and smoke/CO2 detectors, smart switches, bulbs and cameras. Everything worked right away. Not only that, now I don’t get dropouts, my Apple TV is not lagging and I have blazing fast performance. Great product!

I installed this router in less than 10 minutes. My previous router just wasn't cutting it. I have multi levels at my home and the sales associate so it's a no brainer. He was right. Strongest signal in the neighborhood. Thanks Best Buy!!

We had no trouble hooking our computers and phones to this new wifi.

Old router was 10 yrs old. This one made a HUGE difference in speed.

This box is really powerfull many people can get connected and it still does it job on going fast

We had faster internet service available, but our old unit did not support it. This one does and our speed seems to have increased somewhat. Not blazing, but an improvement. I believe the range is a little better than our old unit also.

I upgraded from an old router AC1200 to this AC1750 for a better speed and performance. Pretty good but it’s better than the old one. I need it because all my in-person classes moved to online during this difficult time.

A huge upgrade from what we had. It’s faster and way more reliable than our other one. We also have no more issues connecting and staying on. Easy to set up and looks nice. No issues.

This product works good it puts out a good signal and I can get internet from all over my house

Working great so far. My favorite feature is that it let me save my old router name and sign on so I did not have to reprogram all of my devices and connect to a new router.

My old router wasn't able to provide what I needed, and to be frank this model was available for immediate pickup. I had a little bit of problem with the initial setup but after numerous hard reboots it was working fine. I have a laptop hard wired to it (that uses VPN for work), my home PC is wireless, and we have a gaming station that is also hard wired plus cell phones and it's working great, we haven't had to reboot it at all except when there was a internet outage and even after the reboot it worked fine. I don't use it all that often but I also appreciate having the Nighthawk mobile app so I can check status, settings and devices quickly and remotely.

Replaced my older router with this router. The difference was like night and day. No more dropping off line which I assume is mostly due to a much greater range and signal strength. I highly recommend this router.
