Switched from Xfinity to Verizon so needed to connect via Ethernet. This came up as one of the better rated routers so I went with it. Ordered on line and got it the next day. Simple install--you download the app to your phone, plug the device in, and just follow the steps along. Pretty much holds your hand during the process. I was up and running in 5-10 minutes. Only issue is I have an older ROKU about 2 rooms away that picked up the signal as week, but seems to work. It gives you options for guest connections and threat protection.

This Netgear really improved my wifi and was easy to set up.

Unreal performance. I was getting between 5-6 MBPS with old router and now getting better than 38. I tested last night and got 65...higher than promised for what I'm paying for! Easy to install and configure. Great product!!!

I needed a faster setup because my old netgear couldn't keep up. The setup was easy with the night hawk app. I haven't lost the wireless anywhere in our 2000 sq ft home.

I had a Netgear router for 8 years before this and it was time to upgrade. It's still bad so I can have my dedicated heavy strained on the 5 gigahertz and my regular appliances on the 2.4 gigahertz, awesome range and great speeds!

Great product. Easy to set up, with help from tech support in India. I have a strong signal throughout the house now, again. Netgear has always been great for me.

I bought this router to better manage my home network that includes over 22 devices. My modem/router seemed to be struggling with the amount of traffic. Instantly I had a noticeable increase in speed. However, within 2 days, I had to restart the network because nothing worked. I now have to restart as often as 2x day due to stalled out networking. My assumption at this point is that my modem/router combo is just too outdated for the amount of networking going on in my house. My next purchase will be a modem with more management ability. The router itself had a very useable software interface that made setting up the home and guest network a sinch. It could certainly benefit from more advanced settings if you live in an area with many wifi users, but if you don't have many neighbors, then it is great.
