Router was fairly easy to install, though it was confusing that no customer service number was enclosed with instructions. Only a website was enclosed. Yet, device is proficient and does the job. No complaints and I would purchase it again.

Love my Netgear product! Its very easy to install, and gives great internet connect. Great for households that have multiple users like gaming and social media usage.

I bought this to go along with a stand alone modem. I had an all in one and it was not loading pages and I kept getting hacked. Buying this router and a separate modem has increased my speed, coverage and security! Love it!

The actual product works really well. Since using it, I've only had a few instances of my Wifi dropping out or my internet being slow. With that being said, the setup was incredibly frustrating due to the app. It was easier before when you could just hardwire to the router and set it all up that way. At first, the app would refuse to recognize the router. After trying a few more times, it saw it and allowed me to complete the setup. Now that it's working, my signal is fantastic throughout the house and my speeds are a little better than what I was getting with the ISP router. The app is neat but I rarely use it due to the fact that it takes forever to load and still has a lot of bugs.

Long Story Short.. This is an amazing router. I get full signals from about 30 meters(100 feet) away from my house and mind you the router is placed in the internal room at the center of the house. Very happy with this product.

Very good product! I am not WIFI savvy and it was very easy to set up and has worked great. Smaller house so the range is perfect and haven’t had any major outages.

I had a difficult time installing this at first as the Genie program isn't fully functional, but I would recommend when using for the first time, configure with a hardline in instead of over wifi. Signal and speed are very good, especially in a large home.

I am a power user, and have never seen this router slow down while downloading/streaming/gaming. Very easy to set up and configure. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a higher end router without breaking the bank.

Love the genie app. So easy to use. You don't have to be a geek to navigate around. Love the ability to see what devices are connected, how much data usage, setting up two wifi signals (one for computers and others for phones), guest wifi, parental control.. Also my computer(wireless) is faster than before, wifi signal reaches a lot further than my old router

This router was purchased for our new home service and coverage has been great. No delays on internet in any part of our home. We have 5 devices we ise regularly and none have had a hard time connecting.

It is a wonderful router. Super Fast! Worth of the price!
