Using this for a desktop donated to us. It had no wireless adapter. The older adapter I tried didn't work. This connected quickly and we don't lose connectivity.

Cons... need an internet connection via ethernet to configure it. It's very slow. It stopped working. Pro... it's small, but what's the point? I pitched it and got the Netgear Nightwak AC1900... yes it's bigger, but I'm using it for my small form factor HP desktop, so it's perfect. It comes with a magnetic stand and a usb extension wire; perfect and speedy! And it comes with an installation CD, so no need to have an internet connection to set it up.

I plugged in netgear dual wifi band into the computer and it's working fine. I was getting no signal so I went to best buy and they helped me out in picking netgear dual band. So far the netgear dual band is doing its job.

yes, I have an older computer, yes it was frustrating not getting a good connection. I found this on the Best Buy sight brought it home and it works as designed. I appreciate the increase in speed.

Works great. My wife brought this home from an employee recommendation. My sons computer was having problems with steady internet connection and this $40 device seems to have solved that problem

Works just fine on windows, the range isn’t very impressive, however for the size it is adequate. DOES NOT WORK WITH LINUX! (Which was the whole reason I bought it to begin with )

For lightweight web browsing needs or the occasional game, is totally fine. Get a PCIe card if you want a faster connection for big downloads or competitive online gaming (though ethernet would still be best)

I purchase for a TV thinking that I be able to have Wi-Fi on the TV it was a Sony TV in wasn't compatible with it Illa TV was too old or the part I got just didn't work right

the netgear AC600 duel band WiFi adapter was purchased when the WiFi part of my laptop died. I pugged this in and have been up and running since. this great device is something I would buy again.

I have been using this for over a year now and it has been working flawless. This was a great solution to get better speeds over WiFi than the built in WiFi adapter on my laptop.

Took less than 2 minutes to plug it in and sync up with my Google wifi mesh network. Very fast download and upload speeds. Easy way to upgrade an older CPU or laptop to take advantage of wireless AC.

I thought I needed this so I bought it. Then I found out the problem was with my router. Replacing my router fixed my problem. So I returned this item and got a refund.

Needed new wireless adapter, alrady have a netgear router. Quick painless install except for having to install adapter software when I already had Netgear router software. Still, Netgear works and is much easier to deal with than other brands.

After using this product for about a month my laptop started connecting to the internet without the network card. The problem got fixed somehow.

Network card fried during thunderstorm. Lost wifi. Picked up this baby, plugged into USB port, installed driver and here I am writing a review! Would buy again and recommend.

Great like gadget to receive your internet. Mine is on the 3rd floor and no connection for internet. Plug this in and wireless reception is received, no wires 100 feet or more for me.

Works as intended. Took a minute to configure the device. It also came with a disc with software but most users will not have a disc drive anymore so it's not super helpful.
