Device for 2nd floor. Setup first went okay. There was an issue with Spectrum router. Had to get a new one. Setup second time not as easy, because the instructions I used the first time didn’t work the second time. In the end it worked. Product is working fine now.

I found that wasn't the problem and will be needing to get a new laptop. Internal issue in the computer. Was easy to setup but unfortunately had to return it. Once again Best Buy is a great retailer to deal with. Fast shipping and return policy was simple. will be shopping soon for a updated laptop from them.

The only problem I had was weak coverage in the "Sun Room" added to the back of the home. I purchased the Netgear Extender and it went from "fair coverage" to "Excellent" based on my Smart TV coverage analysis! Great purchase I made!

Awesome WiFi Extender

The back of the house 1st floor and 2nd floor back received good coverage but the front of the house received VERY weak signal. Adding this little gem to the front of the house has now strengthened the signal beyond my expectations both on the 1st floor front and 2nd floor front. I highly recommend it!

Works well for what I needed

Installed the Netgear extender and now have great wifi throughout the house and yard.
