Even with installing both boosters the internet is still spotty at best. I am giving it an average rating only because I am not sure if the problem is actually with Comcast.

I'd go a bit more expensive

Router is literally right down the stairs pretty unobstructed. Did speed tests and it really didnt help much at all. I bought an $80 Netgear extender and it works as I hoped. You'll think its cheap, why not? Just get a more expensive one

I set it up and there was not an improvement nor a reduction in the WiFi Signal. To improve my WiFi Signal in my home will require a change to a different WiFi provider which I am signed up for when it becomes available, hopefully this month.

I thought it had an ethernet port but it's just a Wi-Fi to Wi-Fi extender. Using this helped me figure out my real issue thus I returned this. The device worked great for what it is thus I give it 5 stars.

Netgear extender

Once it is setup you can also move it anywhere you need a signal. This gets and ease of use is simple. Great. I have it hooked up to my Altice one router. Does the job.

NetGear AC750 Dual Band WiFi Range Extender

Our router is upstairs on the south of our house. The range extender helps push the signal to the north far corner of our lower level. You need someone with good color vision to check the lights during setup. It services 2.4 and 5 GHz at the same time.
