My rook walls are the problem we come to find out but with adjusting the wifi extension we were able to solve the issues. Works great.

I installed this in the garage and it seemed to work at the 1st day. The following days, my cameras kept disconnecting. At 1st, I blamed my internet since it did give out 2 signal bars, low signal but it was still a signal. Then I called Arlos customer support. Walked me through some troubleshooting and when they asked me to check the upload speed.... it was almost non exist. It was like 1.7 something when it should be a minimum of 10 something. Im giving it a 2 star review since it did extend the signal but was useless for my intended purpose. Might be okay inside the actual house so just double check before you toss out the box (like I did).

The Netgear range extender boosted my WIFI in the basement so my smart TV can get Netflicks, Amazon, HULU etc. Not being an IT guru it was a little challenging using the internet to get it set up, but I got it done.

But this little guy does the trick. We now have good wifi signal all around our house and in the chicken coop. If you need 2.8 and 5, this is the way to go
