Works Well

This product extends the reach of your wifi signal, but does not make the signal stronger. I am looking for a product that makes the signal stronger. Setup was a bit complex but the instructions are well thought out and user friendly.

Followed instructions but never got past the second step of connecting to my internet. Would not pair, no useful help online and no Tech Support number to call. Disappointed!

Actually reduced my speed from 400+mbps to 35mbps

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don’t waste your money… Incredibly finicky setup as it has a few methods of doing so but wouldn’t work with my router (even though the box says it will). Second option for install is very tedious and time consuming. Option three (not stated on instructions) was to download the Netgear Nighthawk app to connect it to the router and the process actually seemed much more simple, however, this product isn’t even compatible on their own app. With that being said, after the process of getting the wifi extender installed, it actually reduced my internet speed from 400+mbps down to a max of 35mbps while being on the extended network. And this is just from the initial setup with the wifi extender right next to the router it’s connected to. Even my standard connection was cut in half to 200mbps while this was connected. This product is definitely going back to the store.
