When in use extends the wifi from farthest router throughout the house.

I purchased this item because I was having issues with my wireless printer, being in another room. I have to say I am completely satisfied with this Wi-Fi extender! It does everything I expect and more.

Does the job it was intended too. Wifi had some dead spots in my kids bed room. Which was across the house from our modem. Kids can now stream and game without any issues.

Good enough, although nothing beats being next to router or ethernet. Had a dead spot in the back two bedrooms. Tried out two locations for the extender for the best placement. With 8 devices (6 active) connected to router, ran Xfinity Connect Internet Health Test to this Netgear AC750 extender which said it had a "strong WiFi connection". Very good product easy to install and easy set up works for exactly what I was trying to do I needed more juice for my cameras to work properly which they were very cloudy before and now a lot more clear and all I needed was a Internet booster and this one worked

This was the easiest set I've had for a wi-fi extender. Although it helped with the connection to one camera it wasn't the same for the one fifteen away

The problem I am having with this extender is that sometimes it goes off line and I have to reset it. That said, it is easy to reset.

Set up was easy. It worked fine but didn't solve my slow WiFi problem. It was my old laptop. A newer laptop worked.

My review is slightly contrarian to others. I installed this unit on the lower flow of my home; the router is on the first floor. The ranger extender was up and running just fine. The computers on the lower floor then showed an increase in signal strength - the bars in the wifi window. Great. But speed tests showed no increase on processing speed of the computers. Conundrum. Moreover, the other computers throughout the house, including one adjacent to the main router would periodically drop connection to the router and connect to the range extender, which seriously degraded the speed. Even though I manually reconnected to the router, the main floor computers randomly connected to the range extender. I finally just unplugged the darn thing and consider this a failed effort.

My wife likes to use her Chromebook while watching TV in the living room. Internet/wifi router is in the other end of our condo and the weak signal was making her even grouchier than usual. I grabbed one of these bad boys at Best Buy and it helped a lot. It really works!

Great little device to amplify your WiFi signal throughout the house. This extender is very simple to use with the buttons on the side to extend your 2.4 and 5 gHz signals. Once fully synced, your devices will be able to receive the "EXT" versions of your signal. Sign in to your WPA as you normally would using your router, and then all will be good. Our extender is in a different room between 3 walls from the original position of the router (also a Netgear device), and we have fast speeds at the other end of the house. Downstairs rooms receive great signal as well. Definitely recommended.

I bought one of these to get better WiFi in a dead zone at my house and it works like a charm

I have wifi lighting in one bedroom and it was always getting disconnected. So obviously I had to keep setting it back up - which wasn't the quickest or most straightforward task to complete. Also, I would oftentimes lose a signal on that side of the house with different devices. Anyways, after researching different solutions but having these attempts fail to boost the connection, I finally came across wifi extenders - so glad I did! Honestly, it seemed a little too good to be true. So more research by me. I read some other 'professional' reviews but what really sold me were the Best Buy reviews right here. After reading many of them I was convinced and so went ahead, bought it, plugged it in and problem solved! Who knew you could solve so many problems with only $40!
