Really helps with my internet connection so I can WI FI a lot fo things like my computer and my 4k HD player.

This product is good so far. It has to have a direct or unobstructed view to the router but after the successful connection it helps with the extension of the routers connection distance.

It was really easy to connect using the instructions. Except it made the internet worse. We needed something that would extend further than our original for better speeds. This didn’t help.

Completely killed my home wi-fi by changing the network name and leaving some "default" password for logging in and messed witht he settings to my current wi-fi connection. Was a complete disaster and I was forced to reset my current wi-fi router manually to get my wi-fi network working again. I really can't understand the "Logic" in changing the network name causing every single item conencted to the wi-fi to have to change it's settings.

Doesn't work with T-Mobile Internet, I was hoping it would have worked but didn't and gave it say in hopes they could use it .

My router is in the basement, this extender helped with my outdoor cameras.

Does not have the app it says it has. The app does not exist.

I have to say this was by far our easiest computer purchase. Payne helped us pick out our new computer efficiently, and Bailey of the Geek Squad made transferring the data very painless. I was so impressed I went to the trouble of noting their names.

I have a two-story house and I had problem solved! Just a little difficult to set up.

The WiFi extender works great with my new Nighthawk router. Also, my older PC’s can see it, but not the newer technology router. So I’m very happy with both of them!

Will not stay connected. I bought this to make sure I could get a signal out to my garage for 2 wireless Ring cameras. I had it in my garage near the house but it kept losing connection to my router. So I finally moved it in the house where it is still within a decent range of the cameras and also close enough to the router where it should maintain a connection but it doesn't. I live in a one story house and the extender is about 30 feet from where the router is and still loses connection. Pretty disappointed. Incidentally, the cameras will connect and stay connected to the router without the extender but the signal is weak so that's why I bought it. If they can connect where they are located, there is no reason this extender should be losing connection where it is.

Have previously owned other range extenders. Simply put, they barely worked. This one is terrific though!! needed one for my wireless security system works like a charm.

Do not shop at this store or any Best Buy. I purchased a wifi booster to extend my wifi. I ca to the store #1067 in Trumbull, CT and spoke to Catherine, the manager, at 1:00 on 8-25-24. I needed to return the wifi booster because it did not work. I was told they would only give a store credit because it was outside the return policy, that I was not aware of and because I opened the product. I asked for a credit to my credit card nit hi even cash. The refused! I explained I returned it when I did because the area had experienced two major unprecedented storms which k picked out the power for a week and the internet intermittently. I needed to keep it to try and see if it worked after the wifi was restored normally and the weather leveled out. This was a natural disaster that uprooted massive trees and totally wiped out power for over a week. The internet remains ed u stable until a few days ago where I could determine if the product worked. Catherine had no sympathy nor compromise for these extraction circumstances. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION NOR BEST BUY!!!

It does exactly what I wanted to do. I have exttended the range of my wifi throughout the house.

We purchased this to extend WiFi outside. We put a Blink camera in a bluebird nesting box but the WiFi keeps going off on the camera. The nest box is less than 70 feet from the kitchen where I have the Netgear extender plugged in. Also, only three green lights are showing on the Netgear Extender!! This Netgear is not working as it is supposed to and I don’t know how to fix the issue.

Good product works great. I would recommend this to my friends.

Good product but had to return because I needed something else.

Does everything I expected however it is a little weaker than I had hoped! Apparently I need an even STRONGER wi-fi blaster than I have found so far!
