Such a pain to take all the way back, and then I heard at Best Buy, you have to pay a charge when you return something. That made me angry. When you are so busy, you can hardly even sleep or eat, you don't have a any time to deal with it.

Absolutely terrible.

Not wanting to work correctly

I'm able to get is set up, but there's no internet connect. The website instructions are lacking. I'm fairly tech savvy, so I'd say this is not a super easy set up.
