It didn't connect to my internet

The instructions say to keep it close to the router while installation and connect with the netgear_EXT AND open a Browser page to ping the item, but I do that I won't have wifi. I had tried many times and it burns my brain up.

Defective product

When I returned it the member helping me said these are “hit or miss” and that about “50% of the time these never work” so yeah don’t waste your time and money on it.

Terrible Product

Made me feel very uncomfortable thought they wanted to steal my data.Would not recommend this Product

Solved the problem

Did not connect

Everytime the device was plugged in I had no wifi at the property. However the wifi modem worked perfectly just by itself. I wouldn’t recommend it.
