The technicians not only installed my new router, they fixed other issues I was having with my computers (including an email issue that Spectrum said was a nationwide problem!) and even connected my smartphone to the internet. They were fabulous!

Seems just okay. We have spotty connection. Not sure if it is the Netgear unit or not, but it didn't seem to be as frustrating with our old router that died (different brand).

So amazing!! Love this! My other router was so old and this was so easy and runs so fast and smooth. It is heaven.

Good basic router, although company specs had stated you could turn the wifi on and off through a button on top of the machine, which is not the case unfortunately. If you're looking for that feature, should try a different product. Otherwise, happy to with NetGear overall.

It just works. The staff was very helpful and professional. Netgear is the best you can get, they last forever without any issues and very easy to setup.

Works very well, reliable. Used for 1+ months so far with no glitches. Note this is the wireless router only; a Netgear modem is sold separately.

This is a great router. Initially, there were issues but the issues were related to my internet provider. Once those issues were taken care of I have been enjoying great speed and no more lost or painfully slow connections. It was also very easy to set up.

Purchased this as a replacement for the wireless router thats bundled with Spectrum's internet service that kept losing signal. Safe to say havent had that problem since installing this.

Amazing range still have great signal in the backyard helps a lot with the summer bbq’s and these tablet kids

Great router out of the box, only complaint that I have, and seems to be a common issue, would be that every so often you must restart the router because the Wi-Fi seems to go out. Other than that the range and speeds are perfect.

This router has incredible connection speed and range for the cost and side. Very well worth the investment and WiFi 6 makes me comfortable being that this is a very future proof router.

Easy to set up. I dumped my Spectrum all-in-one modem/router which was causing all kinds of WiFi grief. Spectrum gave me a new modem and this router was configured and running in less than an hour. My overall performance across my 2000sqft house improved significantly. I like the mobile app that allows access to the router. Very easy to use and understand.

Bought this router for my in laws who have a basic internet package and low Wi-Fi needs. This router was the perfect option, easy setup and easy maintenance.

With help from customer service , installation proceeded with no problems. Product then performed within expected operational parameters

Works great. I needed it for an outside application. (not getting wet) The signal was strong much farther than I imagined.
