Works, possible upselling

I know very little about hardware and after 2 tries, I got it to work. My concern is that when I called the company to get some help, they tried to tell me it wasn't working because I didn't purchase a protective product for it. I told them they were out of their minds. When it finally began working, I was given a free trial of that product automatically, so I'm concerned that at some point it may actually stop working.

Consistent and Even signal connection

We have a 2400 sf house/2-story and have tested the download speed in all rooms and corners. I consistently get between 650 - 690 mbps (+/-) download speeds. Upload speeds around 10 mbps (Descent, although, we don't do a lot of uploading).
