By CHARLIE CASE 12345 I've owned NetGear router's (G Type) in the past and had minimal issues with them. Recently I switched to Spectrum Internet and needed a router. Read the reviews on the NetGear AX$-Stream AX1800 6 Router and decided to go with this router. After hooking it up I've had no issues with it and can run all the devices in my household on this router with good speed.

So far I have had no issues, haven’t even had to reset the router once. I have business wifi so pushing about 600mbps and have had no connectivity or speed issues at all. Also love the app that allows me to see what is connected to the wifi and periodically runs scans to ensure no viruses or network vulnerability.

Set-up was easy and it’s functioning great. We had to call support because our ROKU would not connect. Support was knowledgable and solved the problem. Suggestion: Set-up would be simpler and faster if Netgear provided a way to simple use the existing network name and password.

Easy to setup and get going. It was at a great price compared to all the current items on the shelves.

I bought this new router on May 5, 2023 from Best Buy. Prior to getting this router. I had an older Netgear model. I decided to upgrade for more coverage throughout the house. Since doing so I have not lost any connections around my 1700 square-foot home. I am pleased with this router, Spectrum has provided subpar service, however, changing to this router really allows me a quality connection that I expect. Thank you, Netgear.

I replaced an older router that was not keeping up with my various electronics, this fit the bill perfectly. It has the range I needed and better overall security. Works great.

Took less than 10 minutes to fully up and running. App is very user friendly. I have been using netgear routers for long time. This was also a replacement for another 5 years old netgear router. This proves the reliability of these routers.

Wasn't sure if this router would make that much of a difference. WOW DID IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Better connection faster wifi speeds. Really impressed with the performance and rear of setting up this router. Highly recommend this WiFi router!!

I bought this for my home network to use for Smart lights and also to bridge my home. I have Ethernet jacks throughout my home with a switch in my comms closet. Where my ISP installed my service I have plugged this router in. The companion application is very helpful and provides real time monitoring. It also performs periodic scans of my network which is very insightful. Does more than what I expected and happy with the purchase.

Great so far. Easy to set up. Great range. Faster speed than my old router.

I was searching for a strong and affordable router with wifi 6 to use it in some of my compatible devices and have full control of my network and I found this one and I couldn’t be happier with how easy it was to set it up and the performance as well, specially cause I work from home and I need reliable connectivity. 10 out of 10 strongly recommended it checks every single feature.

Setup was very easy, device has been working flawlessly since, and much better coverage throughout the house than the old device.

Incredible increase in WiFi speed compared to our 10 year-old Netgear unit. In the same room the new router matched with a new modem (also purchased at Best Buy) provides close to 600 mbps and normally not less than 300mbps. In our kitchen (25 yards away, thru block walls) it is generally 150-300 mbps, depending on the time of day.

Fairly easy to set up. Has been providing consistently great connectivity. I have not had any problems with signal strength and I have a large house.

Very great router! Got it for the cameras i bought that needed the dual speed of 2.4Gz and 5Gz because my old router couldn’t do both! And my cameras needed to connect to the 2.4Gz and now i feel safe having all my cameras up in my home and the internet speed is way more faster and i have a wider range in my home and my connectivity stays on point! THANK YOU NETGEAR!!!!!!!
