Just Ok

Calling customer service was if no use because they could not see any information. The router name was not showing on the wifi instead the password was which was weird. Once I downloaded the app, the app had the correct password. I do like the parental controls that are included and the only reason why we kept it. Netgear charges extra for parental controls.

Mixed review

We have had Wi-Fi issues with many smart home products off an on since we got this router. The advanced setting are not accessible in the app and they market their security software to you around every corner. After some time and a few firmware revisions it is more consistent but not a great first impression.
