This router is a total bargain. You get WiFi 6, 1.8 Gigabits support and superb performance for under $100. Ideal for small to medium houses and apartments. No extra repeaters or mesh units needed in most cases. The Nighthawk app makes setup easy and fast. You get to be in control of your house's wifi in no time. I would buy Netgear again for sure.

Honestly I thought the idea of upgrading routers was one of those things that wouldn't really be impactful and would be more of a rather thing you do just because you have the money. After purchasing this bad boy it quite literally felt like it took a limiter off of whatever speeds my old router were limited to. I ran speed tests and it went from around 300 mbps to a whopping 600 mbps. Which the end result isn't that crazy but its still rather night and day overall! The security features that came with the software is also pretty straight forward and easy to use! Would highly suggest upgrading your router to this or any of their other products as the price definitely matches the quality

It is a great router! It was easy to set-up with the app. It has great range in my 2600 sq ft house. The download/uploads speed were alot better than my other router was

I have owned this router for years now. It was very easy to configure to my needs. Bullet proof would be a good description - set it up once and forgot about it. I have never rebooted it on purpose. My home has lost power more times than I have ever rebooted this device. I'm not kidding. I recently started the Armor program. That is a very helpful app. I'm notified of anything suspicious or odd from any of the ten devices I currently have on the network. I don't recall a router at this price point that has ever been so easy to use nor as efficient and that has such interactive security features. I bought this router on a whim thinking it would tide me over in my new house until I set up a DD-WRT with VPN on a more expensive router. But from the start this router quietly out performed my expectations and with the new Armor system (with a VPN) it looks like it will continue to do so. I'm not changing something that works.

Way better than the router from spectrum. The range is incredible. I have full signal outside by my firepit. Plus it’s dual band so my printer finally connects and works.

This router is very simple to install, just connect the power cable and the internet port and thats it. You need to set your internet connection once, and then you can move your router wherever you want (under the same internet provider) and it will work. Its awesome that you can control your router with your phone, even when you are not at home.

Haven’t bought a router in 12 years. Oddly enough it’s as old as my relationship with my wife. It was time to update my net gear and I did. Instantly noticed a difference in speed and range though I spent a whopping amount then. This one was more reasonable.

Great product. It works well. I really like the app because it also works well and looks good, unlike sooo many other terrible product apps! I enjoy the extra protection ervice it has for blocking potentially bad websites. You get one year free trial and I may subscribe after it ends. Set up takes a little bit of time but the process is easy.

I recently purchased and installed this Wifi Router. The routers speeds are absolutely fantastic and have so far functioned with no interruption (my last cable company wifi router would get interrupted and I would have to reset it fairly often). The install process takes a little bit but is very easy to do. I downloaded and paid for their Netgear Armor product to go with the Wifi router and it is also a great product that protects my wifi router, my network, and my cell phone. I would highly recommend purchasing this wifi router and subsequent Netgear Armor product to protect it.

This router works like a charm. I haven’t had any issues regarding connectivity, and the distance I am able to connect from the router from the house. So far would recommend 10/10. Will update after several months passes by.

By Rebecca Rose Super easy to install! Big plus is that the password isn't one of those crazy 15 character ones!! The range is also a plus. I needed it to reach my garage and outside to the pool equipment.

This wifi router that I bought for my job has worked pretty well and has easily replaced our old one by leagues. The internet speed has been faster and the network has been easier to use and connect to thanks to the app.

Love this product. So easy to use and phone app walks you through entire process. Bought one for home, then bought another for mom's house and looking at a 3rd unit for the club! Always buying NETGEAR for easy of use and solid performance.
