Upgraded from an older model this has already been so great. Easy to set up with the app and very fast speed.

The set up was super easy. I had a glitch -my own - and tech support was easy to reach and knowledgable. So far the internet is much faster than our old router, and seems reliable.

Replaced 4 yr old netgear ac 1600 that quit working after power outage. Simple to transfer over, was able to keep old router name and passphrase. Works great!

Functions well. Software a little annoying. I am an IT professional. So I want to get right to the settings and set it up. This thing wants me to create an account, sign in, and then leaves me at their web site. I just want to go back the router and set it up. I was able to do that, but took extra steps. That routine is probably good for those that don't have as much experience with router setup so I can't fault it too much. As a functioning router, it works great and takes advantage of the high speed internet connection. Has all the settings one would expect from a router.

Work just right out of the box. Easy to install and wifi range is amazing.

So before I bought this router I didn't even know your phone puts little 6 above the wifi bars which is already so cool in itself. I never thought routers could make your internet that much faster but now I do. This thing has made my phone run faster, my games run without lag, seamless Netflix streaming, and so forth. I got it at first to test out but I will be keeping it after using it for a week. Not to mention there is also an app that can help you manage your router and also protect your ip address.
