You get what you pay for. In this case this router is expensive but very effective. I definitely recommend it to anyone who has signal problems or many walls in their house.

This unit works so much better than my previous one, it is easy to connect and install with great instructions. Provides coverage throughout my home.

I have two of these units. They are so easy to setup, including the one unit working as a high speed bridge. Would definitely recommend the unit for wifi.

Set up was very easy, has great coverage area and speed, Glad my old one died so I could buy this one.

Works seamlessly with both Mac, PC and smart phones. Signal strength is excellent. Works throughout the house as well as garage, out front and back deck. No software to load like old routers. As soon as I hooked it up to my cable modem and it synced with the signal, my computers picked it up. I run three computers on it, a smart phone, a tablet, my smart tv and blueray player and my sonos audio system as well as my alarm camera system.

I got this router because my comcast one couldn't reach my xbox360 across the apartment. It's got a strong signal where basic routers have none. The dualband is great too so I have my laptop running on the 5ghz to stay off the 2.4ghz band everyone else in the apartment uses. The admin interface is powerful. I was able to setup remote desktop and all the xbox360s in the house perfectly under the other gateway and set the DNS so it routes like the gateway unit routes so machines just connect to the netgear and go. Works great so far.

We bought this wireless router because our previous router died on us. We were told this was what we needed for our needs. I don't really notice any difference in speed, function, etc. I was kinda hoping that given the cost and greater supposed capability of this router that I would finally be able to access our wireless network from our bedroom, but this router did not seem to expand that range. Our house isn't huge, so I don't really understand why it didn't boost the range at least a little bit. Not sure this was worth the extra dough as compared to other cheaper routers.

So far this is the best router that I have seen and used. It is really fast and easy to setup.

This is by far the fastest router I have had to date and I have had all of Net Gears fast routers. It was very easy to set up with Net Gear Genie, and when I want to interagate my network or allow some one to use the guest connection, I can get the SSID in just 2 clicks. I am eagerly waiting for the new 811 format and speed to come out in other devices and my ISP so I can experience the full benefits of this installation.

The unit installed as easy as any I have used. It has been reliable to stay on and it has much better reach than by previous unit. It also has the ability to attach a usb external drive for shared storage.

This is a vast improvement over our aged router. Very reliable and easy to use; you may need a booster for distances in the basement.

Purchased this for a small office replacing an old Linksys. Performance was much improved compared to the linksys. Easy to setup.

Overall a great router. I have had router connectivity issues in my split level home for many years. After much frustration I decided to spend the money and upgrade. The extra money was worth every penny. Initial setup was the most difficult part. Previously had connectivity issues throughout our home, even sitting 5 feet from router. But now no issues throughout the house with multiple users.

Easy to install. Has worked great ever since. I've had no issues with the product and the coverage is good throughout my home.

Was looking for something that would enable me to enhance my wireless speed and coverage range and this item does both.
