I replaced an older net gear wdr3300 with this unit. It is super easy to install. The power is great, I get great reception all around my house. I have a 2200 square foot home, and this thing works well everywhere. It also works well with my Nest thermostat. I use up to 6 connections at once and no problems.

We purchased this router to replace a competitors router that stopped working. Netgear was easier to setup and seems to have a longer range than our previous router. I'll be curious to see if it will reach our patio this summer, too cold to try right now. So far, we're very happy with the results.

Needed a new router I bought a smart TV and could not get the wireless internet to work on it with my old equiptment. This was easy to install and I was instantly able to start streaming shows from my television it also increased the coverage for all of the devices in our home. We have about a 3500 sq ft home.

This router runs very well and has been reliable. I updated to a different and more powerful Netgear router that ran badly after a short time. After it went completely bad I put this one back into service and it is working consistently and well.

I purchased it a few months ago and since then it' has not froze nor stall were it requires a restart.

The router was very easy to set up and I saw an immediate increase in our internet speed. The speed was not as fast as I had expected. I somtimes experience a blockage in the kitchen when using the internet connection on my smart phone.Overall though, I am very pleased with this router.

Set up wa easy. All wireless devices connect easily. Wireless coverage was not great for my apple devices but work well on my laptop. Stream HD movies seamlessly. I ended up returning the router because of the lack of coverage.

I bought this to replace a low end linksys router and have been very pleased with it. This is my first netgear purchase. I have 5 devices connect and get a strong signal anywhere in the house as well as outside up to about 50ft perimeter.

It definitely helped in providing us a better internet connection. Very satisfied with this product.

Other router was too slow for all the wifi devices in our home, so we upgraded to Netgear wireless.

The range and speed of this router exceeded my expectations. It's signal easily reaches from basement to third story w/full bars. No problem streaming HD on three devices at the same time w/out lags. Cool antenna design that "tracks" connected devices appropriately focusing bandwidth and signal. Using a 50 mbs connection I consistently test over that speed, wirelessly on latest versions of iPad/iPhone. On my older laptop, the wireless card speed is maxed out, so connection is slower The only downside I see is it's cost. If you're limited by your ISP's speed or not going to use it on newer devices which can take advantage of the technology, I wouldn't pay the extra money.

This product has impeccable internet connection. It is extremely fast and reliable. My favorite feature is that I can use it for my business and my family all in the same place because I run my business out of my home.

This is a feature rich router with lots of customization. It supports both normal and 5G wireless simultaneous. However, I only have a single device that can make use of 5G and it doesn't seem to improve performance very much. I like having a power shutoff switch and USB. You can connect a USB drive to the router for instant network storage. The web interface is very easy to use. Setup is not very difficult. You can also setup devices to keep a particular address assigned via DHCP. This is handy if you have an old network printer or other device. I like the added security and parental controls as well as the Genie desktop application. It gives you a great view of what is on your network with options to allow/disallow or customize the experience of each device on your network. This router seems to be a bit ahead of its time with some of the options. If it last longer than my prior linksys and Belkin routers, then it should turn out to be a good device to grow into.

This is a great router for larger home.Wifi signal is strong and very capable for multiple gadgets

Always stick with net gear brand. Love the dual band. Can connect new tablets and laptops to 5g.

Netgear makes some of the best networking products, this unit had great wireless range as well.

This router is easy to setup. I was able to transfer files a lot faster with the gigabit ports.

since I changed from n series to the a.c. series there is no buffering time for loading devices!

NETGEAR - Wireless-AC Gigabit Router with 4-Port Ethernet Switch solved my WiFi drop-out problem and has allow3d me to used the 5g connection speed which my older router was supposedly capable of but never workd. Easy installation and my experiencewith has Netgear equipment has been very good.
