It's good and works as described with the exception of the range, it doesn't go as far as it says it will

i would highly recommend this to anyone. An example of the speed would be a file that used to take me over an hour to download to my work laptop now takes 15 minutes. I use this on the same cable system as before and this has definitely made a huge improvement in downloading and uploading. I work from home and this is faster than at the office. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Quality all the way.

My son told me I needed to upgrade my router to get the best performance out of my PC. So I went to Best Buy, my go to place for really helpful sales people who don't see grey hair as complete idiots about technology, and asked for help. Got it. Got the router. Brought it home. Had it installed within half an hour. Works well for me and has improved my internet speed. Thanks, Best Buy!

This replaced a 2 year old Linksys router that I was having to reset on an almost daily basis. It also allowed me to eliminate a range extender that we were using for a computer in one portion of our house. Not the most attractive design in the world but kind have it hidden away. Love the fact that this has a on/off switch so that I don't have to unplug the unit if I do have to reset it.

This is a great router so far. There have been a few times where i have to reboot the router but now days you should be rebooting your wireless routers at least once a week anyways. it has performed pretty well and has been pretty stable. The use of the app for my phone is really cool and helps me to keep track of things on my network and traffic as well.

Paid extra for wide range. Haven't really given it a good test yet.

I tried to replace my old Netgear router with this new one figuring I would just swap them out...no problem. WRONG! After a call to my internet provider and a call to Netgear, I found out the real scoop. Beware! The unit works OK now that it is installed, but the process took about 4 hours of fretting and anxiety. It shouldn't be this hard.

when it works, it works good.. problem with continuous dropping the connections. USB 3.0 sometime works, sometime does not.. I just recently upgraded the latest firmware, hopefully it should solve the connecting dropping problem at least.. not extremely happy with netgear.. i was a fan.

I purchased this to stop losing my signal and to stop buffering. I later found out my primary issue was with my modem. After replacing both pieces of equipment I am now able to watch some TV on my electronic devices. I still have buffering with my Smart TV but that may be my internet provider issue. I have had a great deal of improvement since I purchased the this router.
