Bought so I would not have to buy a brand new Laptop that is over 10 years old. Was able to find rhe network and was surfacing the net flawlessly. Would recommend. Also it is small and does not stick out too far like others that are on the market.

Can be a little challenging to set up but if you know computer it’s a smooth set up. So far it’s working pretty well. So i’d give it a shot

I needed something small for my work computer since i move the computer a lot and i didnt want for it to bumping everywhere. Im not going to complain its great cause its small enough to not be on the way and it picks up my works network which my stock wifi didnt

This works good for a quick replacement after I had to get a new one really quickly. The connection works well, if you need a good adapter this one works great. I didn't have a lot of time to look as I needed it, so this will work good. I recommend it though and am impressed at how well it works.

Worked perfectly. I upgraded my SPECTRUM router and it wouldn't connect to my existing computer. So I had to spend over $35 to buy an adapter..

Inexpensive & simple solution to Wi-Fi connectivity problems with the original network adaptor in my (old) laptop. I’ve had a completely stable connection with this adaptor.

Love it! Just bought this thing to have my 2nd PC not have to use a wired ethernet. It does the job perfectly. Just install the driver and plug this bad boy in and BOOM your in business. A+++++

Perfect solution for an older desktop that needed wifi access. I can't believe this small device actually works but it does and was exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. The range is impressive!

This is a small USB dongle. Make sure you select a high speed USB port (if available) that is hopefully not obstructed by other devices that might cause interference. The drivers, once installed should be followed with a reboot. Go into your WIFI adapters and disable the onboard if applicable. Enable your new AC wireless adapter and select the 5G antenna of your COMPATABLE router. Remember - You need an AC wireless router to take advantage of the additional specs this offers, otherwise buy a cheaper compatible antenna. For example, the onboard WIFI NIC died so you opt for a USB version to suffice. The instructions are not great, they should supply a bit more info what was presented here. You can install a WIFI adapter but if you don't configure your machine it's just going to continue to use what it knows about. Finally, if you can run a physical cable to your machine that has a network port, DO IT. Nothing will top the connection speed or extra security you get with that type of setup.

Excellent choice to either add WiFi to a Desktop PC or upgrade/replace existing WiFi in an older Laptop.

Had to setup a new machine for the kids away from the router. This did the trick. Easy to setup, low profile when plugged in so there is little danger of it getting snapped off and it provides a steady connection so they can do schoolwork, stream music and play games. Great purchase.

Got this for my daughter when her onboard Wi-Fi stopped working. This got her through the end of the school year. Worked as advertised and was inexpensive.
