The Netgear-Dual-Band Wireless-AC USB Network Adapter allowed me to connect my older HP Laptop to my Wi-Fi Router through my Cable Provider.

My old one used to discounted a lot and I would have to restart my computer. This one works a lot better and has a strong connection. I never had had problems with it disconnecting. It’s very small so doesn’t look bad either. 10/10 I love it.

Works as described. WiFi quit working on an older laptop. This netgear product enabled the laptop to have WiFi again.

My sons laptop is a hand me down, and it was very slow. Just opening chrome took a pile of time, and he was dogged by slow speed pulling up websites and doing YouTube. I installed this and went from 22mbps to over 200mbps. Rock solid product.

Gave new life to my old Dell XPS. Upgrading to Windows 10 is not supported by the NIC. So with this USB network adapter, I’m running max speed on my network, ~240Mbits/sec.

Needed to fix a desktop with network problems. Changing the network card and other "fixes" did not solve the problem. We added this adapter to bypass the internal card and solved the problem. It works great, there's no problem with range.

Works very well and made my non wireless computer a wireless computer. Excellent investment and I'm very happy with it.

Does what it's supposed to do. It's not far from my router so can't testify to the range, but I plugged it in and it worked, and the speed is more than adequate.

This little gizmo makes it possible for an older computer to receive the internet connection in a room that is the farthest away from the internet hub in our house. Works great - just plugged it in and we were all set.

I needed this for a PC I built. Really didn't think this tiny thing is going to pick up the Wi-Fi signal downstairs, but it works flawlessly. The speeds are good enough for online gaming, and very good download speeds. Keep in mind you do need to go to the website to download the drivers for to work. So make sure you have another PC or laptop to download the drivers, put it on a USB, and then install that software on the new PC or laptop.

Easy, stable network connectivity with very compact profile. No drover problems with Windows 10. I use it to give VMs direct network access on my laptop, and it works flawlessly. The small stub size is nice, especially if you carry the laptop around.

Better than a wire but depending on your service experience can differ

This product made my life very easier. I used to get interrupted from the internet because malfunction/partially separated a small piece in the back of my hard drive which I don't know its exact name and since it has been installed to my hard drive and I never had any issues. I am so pleased, because total tech support at Port St Lucie was more than helpful. He suggested me to buy this adaptor and I don't need to replace my hard drive or lose my files if sent for repair.

Super easy to hook up and to use! Only thing is that you have to install drivers with a CD(that’s provided) but with my computer I didn’t have one so I had to buy a external DVD player but other than that it was easy!
