I had to bring in the tower so that the Geek Squad would install the drivers. It works fine although sometimes I think that it's not working all that great. Can't tell yet.

It's hard to judge connection speed since the router I have to use is the WiFi equivalent of dial-up. The only thing I'll note is that I needed to download drivers in order to use the thing, which if kinda defeats the whole reason for it if you can't connect to the Internet in the first place.

Unstable connection
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installation was easy but the connection isnt stable at all, every 30 seconds it would go from perfect performance to no performance at all. would not recommend this if your planning to game online or stream content.

Does the bare minimum and is bad at it

I got this because of the reviews and ive had it for 2 weeks now. Every game i play it is laggy and packet bursts every 10 seconds, every game that requires skill is unplayable. sometimes the internet even just cuts out, but only for my pc!?!?! if anyone can help me that would be very helpful. I have updated motherboard, windows, and drivers for this device. Nothing works...
