    The instructions were Horrible. No details and very vague. I called TechSupport and they said my unit was already registered in someone else's name. I had to send my receipt from Best Buy to tech support for them to verify I actually bought it. They told me that I was sold a used unit that was bought by someone else, registered, and then returned and sold to me as new. Ugh... Come on Best Buy, you are better than that.

    Once you upload the app the rest is easy. I have not experience any buffering or drop signals since installing the connector.

    Works well but can get easily pulled out of the wall by walking close to it if you don't watch your step. My dogs seem to bump it at least twice a day causing it to get lose easily.
