When we purchased this our internet was spotty. After installing this we can now get on the internet all over the house and the front porch. Great buy

Directions to set up were not easy but once set up it works great

We had too many wifi dead zones in our house. We added 2 Mesh Extenders and that did the trick! No more dead zones. Full internet everywhere. Thank you Netgear.

I think this device is good. It seems to pick up the cold areas in the corners of a room where the wifi signal might not be too strong. Also the customer service is great with netgear

Works if you have a 5g wifi you want to turn into 2.4 for you incompatiable device this is the extender to use

Oh Netgear. Why? Why do make products like this? You say that the setup will be easy, a breeze. It is anything but. Where to place it? They say halfway, but no. The signal may reach. Does it eliminate dead zones? Who knows? The support staff of Netgear on the phone certainly had no clue.

Product works very well. Best Buy team was very helpful in selecting the extender.

This is a waste of money. Setup was OK using the app, but the app’s instructions are inconsistent with Netgear’s online guidance and this is sloppy and confusing. The device stays very hot, there’s no improvement despite all efforts, and the device simply does not stay findable via its app. It is incapable of working with more than a single device when it does connect after much effort.

I never recommend extenders unless absolutely necessary. Most extenders force you to create a new network and I don't believe devices are smart enough to auto-switch yet. I purchased this one because it claimed to join the same network with same password and ID. That part was not as simple and straight forward, the app, still has language indicating that it wants to create a new/different network. I looked passed it and still attempted to use, but while the signal claimed to be a strong one, it was incredibly slow. I returned it to store, not worth it. And this is an expensive one, not worth it. My stance is still "never use extenders" unless it's for a specific project/necessity. I would recommend a mesh wifi system.

This extender is amazing. How to extend my Wi-Fi exactly what I needed to be. I’d recommend her to anyone need that extra little boost.

Great return easy to do I liked the product but it stopped working intermittently had to grab another.

I needed help from tech support to connect it to my night hawk router, but it works well.

Straight forward setup. Well made. Allowed us to add an Ethernet cable for our Arlo hub / security cameras to a StarLink system. All connections seem solid.
