Terrible, doesn’t work. Would not recommend anyone to purchase.

Could not get it to work. Tried and tried to get it to work, no go. Tried to return but said could not return this purchase. Stuck with product that does not work. Wanted to exchange for different one.

Difficult to sync to our Nighthawk router, somehow kept timing out during setup. Also have an issue with it stopping signal randomly and we have to reset it manually weekly. We had better signal with just the router. Would not recommend.

I just wanted to be able to play online games on Xbox, which is in the other side of the house from the router. It doesn’t work. Called netgear tech support twice. Didn’t fix it. And I was told the Ethernet port can’t be used to run internet to the console it’s only to wire the extender to a router. Doesn’t even make sense. Doesn’t work. Don’t buy.

I have never got it to work. It does nothing. Its just a wall ornament.

I attempted to use this with my Velop mesh. Every time I plugged it in. It brought my network to its knees. I had to return it quickly and not spend time troubleshooting as Best Buy implemented a horrible 14 day return policy. This will greatly limit what I buy from Best Buy in the future

Constantly drops connection or wont even let a device connect.

Not worth it didn't do the job. Hard to install also.

I was very disappointed with this unit. It was clumsy to set up, and dropped the signal more often than the router did on its own. Returned and replaced with a mesh system.

I was hoping this would help increase my wifi connectivity on the other side of the house, but it didn't work. The modem is on one side of the house and I wanted to use my wireless devices on the far end. Well 3 walls later and about 100 ft, and no deal!

Don’t buy, doesn’t even work. Put it next to the router, 30 feet away and everywhere in between with no change in speed for devices needing it. Also took 3 hours and multiple tries to get it to setup. Kept failing in its last step. It’s junk, not even worth the time. Then again it’s netgear and their quality is pretty low.

Junk. Hook up but my download speed was cut in half. I spent a lot of time on the phone with net gear techs and they could figure it out. they told me to bring it back. I did and no luck with a new one. I ended up just getting a pod from comcast. problem solved and it was the same price

I bought a brick, cannot connect to my wi-fi even after being guided by a tech on the phone! I try every now and then but still no luck! But I will not give up the fight, for almost a $100.00, I an gonna get this darn brick to work!

Finally got this thing to work, but the network always drops. Also the speed is almost reduce by 50%. It’s pointless to use this. Connecting directly to the router was the only way.

Doesn’t work. I followed all instructions and got the app but nothing happened other than just make my wifi stop working

Did extend wifi but severely slowed the speed to my devices as well as lessen signal in a part of house that was strong prior.

Item didnt connect to my internet provider most likely and issue on the internet proveders end

Still having trouble connecting. Called customer service to connect and are also having trouble to help me to cnnect.

Sadly, this equipment had no impact whatsoever on our situation. Since we missed the return by date, I foresee it being a garage sale item in the future.
