I am a Best Buy employee, so I know a lot about what is on the market when it comes to things like this, and let me tell you, these things do work. It allowed me to make my connection faster and with a stronger connection! My pc is upstairs and the router is downstairs, and with the extender, I get speeds that are nearly as fast as if I was hard-wired into the router itself. I’d say thats a solid improvement. I had trouble getting the app to work at first, but nothing that was too frustrating. Wifi 6 is great and definitely worth the upgrade if you also have a wifi 6 router. The speeds are much faster than wifi 5, assuming your internet provider and plan support the increased bandwidth.

It was quick and easy to set up using the Netgear browser interface and it works great. I set it up as a wired access point rather than wireless extender using my existing router. The one wifi name is fantastic, especially compared to the four names I used to have with my old extender on the two router bands. Now I have great signal everywhere I need it. The bright white lights are a bit odd compared with the little green ones most network devices have, but you can turn them off except for the power light which is about like a regular night light in my hall. The only thing that could be improved is the manual, which in places is a bit unclear and incomplete.

We were having buffering issues with our TV streaming service. Decided to purchase the Net Gear WiFi 6 Mesh Range Extender to fix the problem. We made the right decision. Quick and easy to install. All of our TV’s and devices are now working so much faster without any lag or buffering. Highly recommend.

I needed better signal strength for my Ring cameras and this range extender made it happen. I tried smaller, wall plug-in ones, and they didn't do the job and greatly reduced the speeds. This one extended the range and kept speeds at what they're supposed to be.

Used this in a shed outside the house when the router was behind two layers of walls and two rooms. About 40 feet of diagonal distance. It delivered solid speeds and ping and when I use it inside the house its even better with speeds. Keep in mind our ISP is Google Fiber. I used this with a short Cat-6 ethernet cable. ~200download, ~200upload, 0% Loss(In Shed) Even during storms there was no lag. (Aside from power outage)

Good range. Have several G WiFi routers/extenders and this seems to outperform. Setup was easy thru the app. Doesn’t appear to be any lag through my brick walls/fireplace/furnace. All single level home. Definitely recommended to friends

Very impressed with this product! I live in a basement far from the main Xfinity router and had poor reception on most devices. I did a fair amount of research and decided to go with this mesh extender. So glad I did! It seamlessly combines with the Xfinity router. Name and password are identical. After setup I noticed other devices automatically connecting to the extender, I'm guessing because of the stronger signal. I realize the price is about double that of those wall plug-in extenders, however it's performance is super excellent in my opinion and totally worth it.

This Netgear EAX20-100NAS has excellent range, and has rock-solid stability. After the initial setup, I have never had any loss of connection or flakiness; no reboots. My VPN connections to work are significantly more stable since I put this device in. You can use both 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz at the same time. Rather than being used as an extender or mesh network, I have it setup as an access point with a CAT6 cable run from gateway to this device. Devices throughout the house connect to the 2.4GHz radio, and I used the 5.0GHz radio as a dedicated connection to another network device in the basement. I have not really used the phone app. I started to do so, but it seemed to be setup to walk you through configuring an extender/mesh net but I wanted to use it as an access point. I ended up http to the IP address so I could configure it that way.

We have a ranch style home the cable router on one end and TV on other end. Because we have a concrete wall with the TV on the other side we needed better signal and we found that it works best between the router and wall. It doesn't give the right connection when placed next to TV box or router. But now we are happy with the results.

The nighthawk EAX20 gives us speeds we haven’t seen in a while in out upstairs dead zone. We used to get about 200mbps with our old xfi extender pod b it now we get a steady 460mbps on average! All through out the upstairs too! The range is great! Plus it was very easy to setup, very user friendly. In just a few steps it was good to go! it’s been one of the most reliable extenders we’ve had in years.

It works right at the distance I need it from the main router. Easy to set up with a phone app or a web based wizard. It seems to improve the signal over time. Auto-updates the firmware. I just had to call technical support one time for help with set up, but it may not be necessary for more experienced users.

So far so good, I'm impressed and happy with my extended range wifi booster. My security camera's now stay connected. I now have useable download speeds in my basement. It's not perfect as throughput goes from 500 mbps to 760 with the average being about 627 mbps on 1 GBPS internet line. Overall, considering what I paid for it, I'm impressed with the product.

You would think by now that technology would be a bit easier to install. That is not the case with this product. It come with, what look to be a simple setup process via your phone or tablet but that didnt work in my case. I am not particularly tech savvy but i dont like to give up until i have a solution. I found the best solution via researching the internet and thru the computer, but even that required a few failed attempts. It is now up and running and i am happy with the rnd results.

Easy to set up, exactly what I needed. My office is far enough from my router that it drops in and out. This was exactly what I needed without changing the network that was already in place.

I was hesitant on spending a chunk of change but it was well spent! This thing also hooks up to my desktop on the other side of the house and it's unlimited fast internet everywhere! So easy to install, no more buffering, no more five hour uploads. A true wonder for every tech lover.

Paired this with a netgear modem and netgear router and it works flawlessly. Very easily setup and managed in the netgear app. The best extender I have owned and it does exactly what it says, extends the wifi signal without much drop in speed at all. I would recommend, especially if you have the netgear ecosystem. Perfect for all my smarthome devices that needed more speed.

This range extender works great. I bought it because I added some Wifi cameras in my backyard which were too far from my router to work properly. This solved the problem. Now I have full bars all the way to my last camera (about 60 ft from the extender location). The only negative I have is that I don't think the setup is that easy. You have to download an app to set it up which I'm not thrilled about. I wouldn't say it is super hard to setup, but the app could use some tweaking.
