It was a snap to install and it worked perfectly within five minutes of getting it out of its box. No matter how little you know about computers, you'll feel like an expert when you plug this into a USB port and follow the simple instructions that come with it. It has great range and speed and it is very inexpensive.

Just put in network password and off you go... well actually you need to install the software first. This adapter surprised me... I am a great distanc from my wireless network transmitter but you would never know it. I am always online doing something from ebay to steaming videos, etc. Websites load up as if I were using a T1 line. No timeouts... just can't say anything but this wireless adapter works flawlessly.

This Best Buy is lacking in customer service. We looked all over for someone to help us and then waited 5 to 10 minutes before a gentleman walked by and flagged him down. (There was an employee helping someone else close by and a couple employees walked by but not looking our way.) We were disappointed with the attitude of the employees. We just moved to Daly City and not used to such bad service. Salt Lake City, Utah and Signal Hill, California have always had very good customer service. I would recommend this USB Adaper to anyone looking for one.

Easy install. Perfect replacement for broken oem antenna. Allows for sustaining old equipment. Price was a little high.

you get what you pay for with these, i believe mine was the midgrade level one. I live at the furthest end of a 5 bedroom house from the router and it connected just fine when my laptop wouldn't pick up the signal. seems to work faster too, my roommate has the same one and uses it for serious gaming on his PC; never had any issues with the adapter. Now our xfinity router on the other hand...

Connected to Dell XPS 200 desktop with XP software which I was concerned that the 50ft span from the Wi-Fi Comcast box would be to great. Works fine..

Had a desktop computer that wasn't wireless capable and this solved that issue very quickly. Easy to install and works wonderfully on a home network.

The installation for this is super simple. The thing i like the most is that you have the option to keep it plugged into the USB port on your desktop or you can put it in a nice little holder that sits on your desktop. The holder has a extended USB cord that can reach the computer if it's sitting on the floor. It's not that big so it doesn't get in the way of things on your desktop.

I got this USB adapter to help my grandmother'a computer connect to the WiFi. Nothing I did was working so we went to best buy for help. This Netgear was recommended. We went through the quick set up and have been using it problem free for months now.

This is the perfect adapter to use on our work computer. We don't want internet on the computer all the time so it is great to have for quick access.
