A good wireless adapter for midrange speeds, Reasonably priced.

Its a decent wifi stick for budget internets. If you have any fast internet like Fios, this certainly won't do. Should get an AC router and AC wifi stick

Good wifi adapter. Used it to add a second computer in the office and the computer didn't have built in wifi. This fixed that issue and overall good value and a good price.

I work from home and needed a quick Wi-Fi connection. It was either get an extremely long ethernet cord or find something like this and this works perfect.

I needed a simple usb to Wifi adapter for my desktop. I purchased it in May 2019 and so far pleased with the adapter Everything is as expected: easy install and stable work.

It works when it works. Speed is fine. But the Win 7/8.1/10 drivers are extremely buggy, and cause it to freeze up repeatedly - sometimes as often as every ten minutes I have to either unplug and reinsert it or disable and reenable. I've tried removing the drivers and reinstalling the most recent from Netgear, but to no avail. Not a good option until this is sorted out.

the price was great for the product, i ordered this cruzer glide USB flash drive 128 GB because of the saving can't find this anywhere for the price that Best Buy offered.

Recently replaced my old PC, with Windows XP operating system and no wifi capabilities, but didn't want to trash it. The NETGEAR N300 Wireless-N USB Adapter was the answer. After a super easy install, my old PC was instantly wifi capable and found a new home in our craft room. For a really low price, an old PC has found new life! Excellent, indeed!

The dongle itself works as intended. I'm just a bit surprised at the price tag. Oh well, I guess you pay for immediate satisfaction sometimes.

Kids needed internet on my old computer and I didn't feel like buying a card to install. Picked this puppy up, slapped it into the computer and before we knew it they had the internets! When they make me mad and I feel they don't need the internet for awhile, I can easily walk into the room, yank it out of the front of the computer and they can sit there in awe of my seriousness about whatever it was they were supposed to do, but didn't.

The range is not bad but the speed in which the data gets process is not that great. Too slow nowadays.

I had no issues with speed or connection with this adapter, and I love the option to plug it directly in or have a stand connected via USB cord.

Could not get the Netgear Genie applicatio to start at all. Spent nearly 4 hrs trying to figure it out. Read online people having same issues with this one. Tried some of the solutions suggested there like disabling the antivirus or antimalware or the firewall to let the product install properly but to no avail. Will not buy or suggest to anyone. personally.

Took this to my office and had it set up and working in minutes. No problems so far

I could not beat the time it took to set this unit up, it was fast and easy. We have install 2 of these units on 2 computers in a room that would be very hard to run network cables to in order to hard wire the internet to the computers. The on board lights on the unit inform you if you have good signal, and the unit boots up quickly. The only disadvantage is the size of the unit and how it sticks out so far from the USB connection-risking easily being bumped or broken off if the unit is connected to front USB connections or to the side of a laptop. Ideally this unit should be smaller to prevent bumping, but who am I to say that would effect the reception of the unit. Now there also is a USB extension cord that will allow you to move the unit further away from the computer. The little stand that comes with the unit, along with the USB extension cord, allows for you to place the unit in plan site of where you need it to be-to confirm you have internet connection. Overall, this unit is worth the cost, for it's speed of connection and ease of setup.

I had purchased a device to use to help me connect my laptop to my internet before and it did not work yet this one OH MY GOSH, I installed it to my laptop that stopped connecting to the internet via Wi-Fi and the NETGEAR - N300 Wireless-N USB Adapter FIX the problem where I do not need to have it connect to my laptop because now it restored my wireless connection. What a SUPER GREAT DEVICE.

For the price you can't beat it make sure your router is near by for best use.
