Didn't quite work well for me because of the distance/barriers it had to overcome. Have another one that works well at another location.

For the price you can't beat it make sure your router is near by for best use.

Does what it should most of the time. Often has trouble connecting when router is right next to it.

This was a quick fix for our point of sale register that does not have wifi only Ethernet. Easy install and quick connection- better range from wifi than expected.

Needed a new wireless adapter after upgrading my desktop to Windows 10. My old one wasn't compatible. Its manufacturer wasn't releasing a new driver and it kept causing a BSOD with Windows 10. I didn't need anything fancy or expensive, just something that was as good as my old one and worked on W10. I made sure through the reviews and Q&A that this one worked with W10, and it most certainly does. Just download the W10 driver from Netgear. One nice feature is the stand. You can either plug this adapter directly into a USB port or use the included stand. It has about a 2 ft. wire that plugs into the port, then the adapter plugs into the stand. My old adapter was plugged into a USB port on the back of the tower and I was worried that it would affect the signal. With this stand, I have it sitting on top of my tower out in the open. It's older "N" tech, but it gets the job done nicely and fit my budget.

This is the perfect wireless adapter - excellent range, easy to set up and use right away.

I purchased it to be able to add wireless connectivity to my old desktop. Works great so far and really enjoy being able to also print to my wireless printer.
