Easy to install and works great, very fast. Good alternative if your computer doesn't have a built in wifi adapter

This was my first USB wireless adapter coming off an internal PCI E adapter in quite a long time. In the past they were highly unreliable and slow. Well this product at least took care of the latter, the former however is a different story. This is one of the cheaper USB adapters that were for sale at Best Buy and being i had no need for anything faster than wireless N as that is the fastest band my router supported i chose to not spend money on technology i would not use anyway. Well unfortunately, there is a caveat to that. Even though i had no need for Wireless AC, the other technologies that came equipped with the higher end USB adapters ARE advantageous even for Wireless N users. My biggest problem with this product was not speed, it was reliability. For some reason out of no where the adapter would drop connection during a Youtube video, during a download, it didn't matter if i had an active connection-as in something streaming/downloading/uploading etc., or not. Sometimes the connection would come back after about a minute i would say in total, from dropped connection to page reloading or video restarting. Sometimes, it would not come back though and i would have to unplug the adapter for a few seconds and then plug it back in-there is no reset on the adapter itself. And i need to specify this was not my router creating the problem, and this is why i know for sure: I bought one of the higher end products with Wireless AC, the Netgear A6210. This adapter has not dropped one connection since i got it, rock steady even under 250GB/month download workload. So i did not give this particular product 1 star as it's speeds are good, and if rock solid connection isn't a priority for you, you can save money on the more expensive models and be relatively satisfied. For me though, there is no going back to this, the top range model is where it's at!

Easy to connect works great and since it is small it did not take up a lot of space on my computer desk easy deal.

I needed connectivity for my desktop in a room without network access. Works really well and easy to install.

JUST PLUG IT IN AND THAT IS ALL THERE IS TO IT. WORKS FLAWLESSLY. BEST LOW DOLLAR INVESTVENT I HAVE EVER MADE.

This USB adapter works well and has great range. The only negative is that it may be a little bulky to fit in between two other USB's plugged in. I had to rearrange them in the back of the computer. Not a big deal, but the manufacturer could have made it a bit more slim. The software it comes with is good, but I just let windows find the correct driver and I use windows to control networks.

Quick fast install. works great and is fast. has a added extender and base to help put it somewhere specific.

Install of drivers were simple with good range. Better than the N150 for just slight price difference.

Easy to install, works great! Got home from the store, plug it into my computer and it worked great.

My internal Wi-Fi adapter in my laptop crashed after upgrading to Windows 10. Purchased this and had to hardwire to my modem for the installation as the included CD didn't seem to work with Win10. Loses connection somewhat frequently but I blame Windows.

Nothing too fancy, just plug it in and play. 300 Mbps is more than enough for everyday web browsing.
