    We used this at my work to make an older computer that had important information on it capable to being wireless since it was not before. Set up was slightly more difficult, but in the end it worked and once we got it started we didn't have to touch it again.

    The NetgearN300 Wireless-N USB adapter works great. Just bought a Mac mini and moved my old Dell desktop into another room to be used by the grandchildren. The USB adapter allows them to access the internet from my wireless router and they can also print to the printer in the other room. Great!

    i was not aware that netgear does not make their drivers available so if you are a linux user this is useless. belkin is a better choice. my wife uses windows 7 professional and has no problems with it.

    My wireless card stopped working in my computer. Purchasing this wireless adapter was a quick and easy fix so that I could be back on the network in a short period of time. Great value for the product but do wish it were just a bit more compact so it doesn't catch on surroundings when moving my computer. I would buy this again!

    I bought this to replace a Belkin adapter I had for years that was lost in a move. The installation cd kept giving me a missing file error but eventually loaded enough to get me online. I downloaded the drivers from the netgear site and it has worked well since.
