This is my second Netgear 900. My first was recently fried by lightning or a power surge. I liked my first so much that I replaced it with another one. They are very easy to install and provide the coverage I need to reach out to my veranda and the detached garage

This is the best router I've ever had, it makes everything simple to set up and you can plug flash drives into it to stream and share files over your entire network! The Netgear Genie makes everything easy to set up and repair. Performance is excellent, I've seen a few milliseconds shaved off my ping times from the old modem/router from comcast. I highly recommend this if you're a gamer or if you're streaming videos.

My cable company upped my internet speed from 25mbps to 150mbps. My old Wi-Fi router couldn't handle the higher speed. Comcast said to buy a router with 10/100/1000 gigabit Ethernet ports. My old router had only 10/100 ports so no matter how much speed they sent me I would never go above 100mbps to my computer. So I bought this. It works. It is located on the second floor of my house and the entire house picks up the signal. Even to the patio out back.

My current router kept dropping my Internet connection. The new router has not dropped the connection one time. I need the dependability as I work from home occasionally. So we have three computers and other devices in the house and everyone is working great.

I already have this router and very satisfied. My son needed a new wireless router and although there are better routers they also cost significantly more. At the current price this router is still a very good router and is an upgrade for the average user.

My old wireless router was having difficulty streaming Netflix videos, despite the fact that I have high speed Internet (40 Mbs download). I purchased this Netgear wireless router and now I am enjoying Netflix and surfing the Internet without any hiccup.

Was originally gonna get the n750 but saw this was only 10 bucks more so I got it. Signal is strong and reliable throughout the entire house and outside when I'm on the back deck. Definitely a must if you have multiple devices streaming simultaneously.

We replaced a Motorola Gateway with this router and were initially quite pleased. Setup was a breeze (after a call to Cox to register the router) and we were up and running at blazing speeds. The speeds have since lessened, not sure if that is the router or Cox unfortunately. We were having an issue at first that we were having to reset the router every.single.night no matter what. We called into the Netgear technical support and after a few dropped calls (which they called back thankfully) we reset the firmware to the initial platform and tweaked a few other things. We haven't had a rest issue since.

I bought this router for my mom a few months ago because her old router was, well....old. I installed this one and it works like a charm. It pushes plenty of wifi out through her house and it's very easy to install. I would highly recommend this one.

This router was extremely easy to setup. Have had it in use now for about two months, and we've had no issues with dropped signals, streams video and games extremely well . We generally have four or more devices running at one time and there doesn't seen to be a degradation of signal. I'm very pleased with this router and would highly recommend it

We previously had a different brand wireless router and had bought an extender to reach our bedroom that was only 30 feet away. With this we have service in places we never dreamed of before.

I bought this router at the recommendation of the sales representative. It was very easy to setup and has provided me with trouble free connectivity throughout the house and into the yard.

I purchased this router for my mother-in-law so she could stream movies and video. She didn't have a lot of money to spend and this item has worked perfectly. Also, very easy to install.

I wanted to only buy the older N750 model but I couldn't find any online or at the physical best buy store. So, I took the N900 and it has been working really well! Netgear routers have been good to me and I have no complaints with this product.

We updated our router about a month or so ago and our internet speed has significantly increased! We can now stream videos and such without it buffering every 5 minutes. Highly recommend if you don't have a ton of devices using the Internet.

I purchased this to hookup cable internet. With this router, I'm getting much faster speeds to both TV, Bluray and wi-fi. Others have said the Netgear Genie setup was difficult - not for a novice like me. In 15 minutes, I was done. Great product.

I've been doing battle with a 5 year old router for months. Slow downs and resets were insane. I got this new router before going off on my cable service and I'm glad I did. This thing is a beast even with eight devices going there's no lag.

Upgraded to this router to take advantage recent speed increase by Comcast Cable. Setup took only minutes. Supporting software makes it easy to manage connections. Using the 5G connection I had no signal problems within our two story home.

We have 20mb/s with Comcast and having the dual band router helps connect upwards of 15 devices at any given time. We host a live fantasy football draft and had ten computers using the router plus a few mobile devices and had zero network issue. Only drawbacks: Sometimes the router boots me off of my apple mobile devices (iPhone and iPad) and have crashing issues with my Apple TV. However, I think that's a setting thing - i.e. with ports - that I've yet to figure out. Otherwise, worth the investment especially if you have a high internet speed and many devices connected.

I bought this to connect to my comcast router to boost up my speed and i went from having 20 mbps through my comcast router to 40 mbps. it was awesome to receive such a boost in speed.
