Performance is great! Setup is easy! I wish I had moved from my xfinity modem sooner.

Good quality, easy setup, and reliable thus far. Doesn’t take much to get it going.

The installation of this router/modem was quite easy. However I did have to spend quite a while with someone from Motorola to get it up and running. But the rep was extremely helpful and out did take only one (lengthy) call to get things operating. I have had no issues with this since installing it, unlike the Suddenlink device which I had to reset daily, sometimes mood than once. So thanks Motorola and thanks Best Buy .

Geek Squad installed new replacement Netgear Nighthawk Router/Modem to increase speed and security over previous model. Installation was accomplished without trouble and system was online within minutes. Modem is now operating with complementary Netgear Mesh Network to provide solid internet throughout the residence.

Awesome performance. Completely compatible with all other installed devices.

I have only had it for a couple of weeks. So far it seems good. I am having difficulty getting the 1 GB speed. I got it when I activated the Modem but the next day it dropped to 300 and I have not been able to get it back to the GB speed. The problem seems to be with Comcast. Will update if things change.

Can’t beat Nighthawk! We already had a Nighthawk wireless router. The speed on this new router is crazy fast! The router our tv and internet provider had us using was crap. Our signal would drop constantly. We haven’t lost any signal since and my gaming has had no glitches in signal. I will always use Nighthawk routers!

Amazing speeds. This is the only reason I’m somewhat satisfied with Spectrum. This router has unlocked exponentially faster speeds than the basic rental equipment. Don’t be discouraged if it shows as unsupported when you try the self service activation portal. I had to call them to activate it which took a while, but it’s 100% worth that small inconvenience.

This modem has provided a steady connection to the ISP and my lag has reduced dramitically when compared to the modem from spectrum. This was easy to setup and requires no additional configuration.

This is a great modem for today's high speed internet. This works seamlessly with Orbi.

This product took a while to activate due to Comcast… not the modems fault. Once activated, it works great with my eero routers and pucks throughout the house. Seems to be a solidly built product and reliable.

The "NETGEAR - Nighthawk 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem" works but not for what I needed. It advertises 4 ethernet ports for use, but in reality you can only use 1 port for an IP address. You have to have another device to have that other device generate IP addresses for you. So I had 4 items I wanted to connect and couldn't. That is why I have given it 3 stars for not properly advertising what the 4 ethernet ports are capable of doing. Right not (6/23/2023) Cox internet has a deal if you go into the store they give you a all in one Gateway as well as a free camera AND they lowered my bill for the next two years! Couldn't pass it up so I took this one back.

I got this to increase my internet speeds but was ill informed and got the wrong one and it bottlenecked but I'm sure it'll work for any other user. It is user friendly

Fast and easy to use. Has been working well and staying cool in a structured cabinet.

This would be a 5 star review. IF this wasn't the second " works with Xfinity " router I've purchased from netgear that is supposed to be able to set up easily and in a few minutes. Xfinity's system never recognizes the Mac number and you have to call Xfinity tech line .. then ....wait to get forwarded to Pakistan to find someone smart enough to add it manually to your Xfinity account. This isn't a one off. I had to call 3 times. If this is the type of " compatibly " you're looking for. You found it ! Granted. Most of the problem is Comcast and their network. But this is a far cry from " set up in Minutes " This router performs beautifully. Everything about it is top shelf. Except the set up , that stinks on ice.

This Modem is EXCELLENT! It will pull every megabyte available from your Internet Provider that they allow through. INCREDIBLY dependable; no need for a power reset for nearly a month and is always pushing top performance. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND This Modem. The price is high, but it does pay for itself with what it can provide and dependability.
