Would not automatically connect with Xfinity. Automated Xfinity workarounds did not work. Frustration set in but determination took over and a human support contact was finally reached and just like that (snap) it connected and has worked great since then.

Purchased product but did not install at the recommendation of Geek Squad advisor. Given the network issues we were having he suggested keeping our current modem and consider installing an EERO mesh system instead which has worked better than expected.

This is a great modem. Easy to use , set up was easy and did not take long and it worked right away Worked very well with our router. Great value

My old router/modem died overnight and had to replace it with a new one. I already had google wi-fi, so I only needed the modem. It definitely improved my internet speed.

Easy setup and the quality of the signal is excellent. Connecting the extenders was easy and gave a good signal throughout my home

hello, Seems like a great product, but i did not buy it. Read specs about it after the wife bought it , and brought it home. We had our modem die, heard a pop in the DLS modem unit and off went the internet. She bought this on her own, thinking this was to solve the issue, but we have DSL and not cable connection. Best buy took the return back, and she said they were very nice and helpful, but did not carry / or sell sell DSL modems. She did not ask for assistance, for she was in a very hurry. If you dont know about something, just ask one of their staff, the will answer your questions and inform you. I am not a teckie, and, dont go there that often, but when I have been in the store, they have answered my questions. if we moved into current decade, seems this cable modem would be a way to go. got to have the service first to support it.

I have been using it for about 6 months now, and it has worked great in that time. I have had zero issues with it and the button makes it easy to reset to clear the cache.

Dumped cable and needed an upgrade. This works very well and has zero issues with 1gb speed.

I replaced an older ARRIS cable modem with the CM1200. What a difference! Very simple to install and activate with Comcast. My connection is faster and more reliable since the upgrade! I chose Netgear because I have been pleased with the RAX12 router. Netgear is my go-to brand now!

I use my Netgear Nighthawk for my console gaming platform. Since using the product it has delivered excellent fast speed service for gameplay.

I’m very impressed with the speeds I’m getting off this modem. I paired it with the eero mesh wireless routers and all my WiFi devices download Apps almost instantly. My PlayStation downloads take less than half the time as they were averaging before. Definitely a must buy!

I was just replacing an old Nighthawk that ran at a slower speed since my SP upgraded my speed. Basically unplugged the old one plugged in the new one and away we go.

This modem combined with the Nighthawk AX6600 router posted my speed from the 60 mbps with the Spectrum supplied equipment to 350 mbps. No more stalling while streaming from 3 tvs.

This was compatible with my Midcontinent subscription. It was relativity easy to set up with a little help from Midco. So far I have had no troubles with the modem.

Love this router and trust the Netgear brand immensely. They offer client support for one year after purchase. Their products last and this router offers great speed. In my case it works on Spectrum and is on the list of approved routers.

I had spotty internet with the spectrum provided modem so i decided to try this out. No more connection drops and no longer having issues.

Easy to setup. Noticed a HUGE difference in my internet speeds with this upgrade. Only been installed for a day, but happy so far.
