bought this because I was using other products which not good as described. But this one is good for use and easy to install. good products. tested it works well.

Gets the job done well when Comcast forces you to get a new modem

I was upgrading my internet service to 1 gig and I needed to purchase a new modem to get the most out of it. This was a great replacement for my cable modem. It was easy to setup.

I love my new modem I don’t have to constantly reset it like my old one. Finally something that works great with spectrum in Apple Valley. (Spectrum sucks)

This modem I purchased because I am still teleworking and my last one went out. It works great the only reason I did not give it five stars is because it does go offline sometimes.

A fabulous high-speed modem with multiple Cat5 inlets. My older model has failed and was able to locate the modem without the router at Best Buy. A little bit expensive, but you get what you pay for.

This replaced a 1-yr old Arris SB6190... download speeds went from about 10MBPS to over 100. Very happy with this purchase, worth the price if you want fast download speeds. I have this paired with a Nighthawk router.

It is a great modem providing high speed internet. But this requires one to buy router separately.

This modem Rocks! Pairs up nicely with my Nighthawk Router; super strong wifi throughout the house and easily handles any internet speed Cox can send - can't wait to test the Multi-gig speed.

we ended up returning this because we didn’t need a router and a modem. We have fiber optic which acts as the modem. However, in the short time we had this it was great.

I purchased the Netgear nighthawk 32 in December when our old modem "bit the dust". It was easy to set up and we have had no issues.

I was having issues with my Motorola modem I had with my Spectrum service. I know you would think it's quick to blame Spectrum right away. When I spoke with Spectrum they were recommending upgrading as they were discontinuing service to the previous DOCSIS. This model was super easy to swap out in my system and took under 5 minutes for Spectrum to switch over to this modem, no issues at all. Benefits now are solid coverage, fast and reliable. Before with all of our online meetings and streaming we had to reset our system almost daily, not anymore it works consistently. Well worth the upgrade and peace of mind my internet stays steady here.

This modem is compatible with Suddenstinks and supports 1 gig Internet. Now if only the ISP could reliably deliver it. Best they have sent so far is a little over 300 MB as checked at speedtest org.

I wanted to upgrade my modem for comcast cable. this one was suggested by BestBuy advisors. I am glad i picked this one up. No issues. I don't even have to restart from time to time to release the cache build-ups.

Works great so far. I had a surfboard modem before this and this performa much better.

Easy setup, actually the cable technician I worked with when setting it up was impressed with how quickly it communicated with them he said he would get one himself. It’s working great..
