Amazing speeds. It can direct wire to the router and a TV which may sound trivial but previous modems always needed the router to get to the tv adding a hop that was not necesary imo.

This product does a great job with streaming and keeps everything running at a great speed

The product was easy to set up. I bought the Nighthawk router so I got this to go with it but my internet couldn't support it so I went with a smaller version Netgear.

Put this in to replace my old Modem when I upgaded to 400MB for Spectrum. Works great I have not had one drop and I get 460-500 on most days. Not much to say about it.

Even faster than the CM1000! GB speeds as promised from Xfinity!

I’ve had this for couple months or so and so far I love it. It’s a little pricey but it’s worth it. The base is a little flimsy but other than that a solid product.

I am paying for 1000mbps, and I wouldn’t go past 600mbps. I bought this modem and I’m constantly above 800 mbps. It made a big difference. I recommend this Modem

I bought this to replace my outdated Netgear CG3000D cable modem/wifi combo. This works great and gives a very reliable internet access. The installation was little bit tricky because the manual was not clear on aggregated internet port. I initially connected the modem to my laptop and tried to connect my wifi in the second ethernet port. But it did not work because the modem supports only one ethernet port. Finally I figured out this and disconnected my laptop and connected only wifi router. It worked great after that.

Very nice modem. Purchased it to improve my home network. You get what you pay for and with this modem I got a speed what I am paying to Comcast for.

Bought because ISP rental modem had slow speeds and kept dropping connection. This modem paired with a NetGear router solved all of my problems. Great modem!!

Needed a new modem and this Netgear modem works great

I've had Netgear product that I purchased from Best Buy 3 years ago and lately my Comcast speeds increased to 1200 Mbs and my old Netgear modem had a maximum speed of 1000 Mbs so it got zapped but I had no problem with the Geeksquad Protection Plan and for me to upgrade to a faster modem they recommend the Nighthawk 32x8 DOCSIS 3.1 with speeds beyond 2k Mbs and with my protection plan I was able to updgrade which included the 4 year extended warranty plan and I was out of $8 with the warranty, speaking of great value and taking care of their customer Best Buy is the best!!

Great modem, my internet works great. I have a family of gamers and the speed is awesome throughout the house.

It does what it is supposed to do. Easy to set up, I probably do not take advantage of everything it offers but it works great for what I need it to do.

Has worked well for us - we have it connected to a Eero mesh router.

Have this thing set up in port aggregation and it is ridiculously fast! Far more stable than the xfinity xb7 that I was using before, and not paying $15 a month for it.

Wife wanted to upgrade the family modem and this one is a great unit. Once Spectrum recognized the unit, we were online and running.
